Burger King — Restaurant in South Tucson

First time at this location, I went for breakfast and the food and customer service was great. The man who took my order was patient and got the order correct and was polite and respectful and I was able to start off my day in a good mood and have a good morning because of the gentlemen’s excellent customer service. He was an older man with eyeglasses maybe a manager bald head but I hope he gets the recognition he deserves for his outstanding customer service. Usually I don’t order at the window after I placed my order at the intercom but I did this morning and the man had no problem ringing me up for an iced coffee and served us with a great attitude. I can’t tell you how many places I’ve been where the employee will become disgruntled because of a order at the window or because they don’t like working morning or whatever but this man set the bar for customer service EXCELLENT! And he should we acknowledged and rewarded for such outstanding customer service because that is how every employee should treat their customers. I went this morning 8/9/2023, to get a Hersheys pie because I had a coupon, guy at the window ,I don’t know his name was an older black man, was upset because I didn’t tell him I had a code back at the speaker box. He was already being rude to the staff working with him, I turned my phone around to show him my code and the code was gone and he was very rude about it so I let him know he was rude and he told me to go somewhere else and he shut the drive through window on me. I went inside to get the name of the manager he said he was the manager and I asked if there was an owner he said he was the owner. He asked me if I wanted to use the coupon since I was there and I told him no I don’t and he said then we have nothing to talk about and he walked away. This was terrible management skills and he needs retraining so he can have some self control and not be rude to everyone he comes in contact with. This place was pretty nice when they first opened! Now customer service lousy (evening service 6/6/19) it seems employees don't know what their doing,customers waited on!? Place is disgusting dirty,counters dirty and messy,floors dirty, outside same dirty! Windows not cleaned! Whats up with this place!!! How do you expect to bring customer's in here like this!!!! Especially our own community, tourist or traveler's passing by or getting off of freeway to have bit to eat! IS THIS TUCSON and one of BURGER KING'S and how we represent it!!!
