I often use the web to order from there app. Someone then just walks to pick up food when the app notifies us. Our pizzas have always been ready and very hot. Convenient with above average food and little interaction with staff. Oven located in store accessible to customers that order ahead. A number is assigned to your order and then just locate number on pizza in oven , remove pizza , pay cashier, and that's it when you order off their app. Very simple. The only thing is getting the app to work. You have to remember a password and I never do. So then you have to reset your password and may become frustrated with the process if your hungry. Read morecustomer service at this place is horrible. i ordered a pizza thru new app which was advertising $5 off first order.. when i checked out it didnt discount the $5 so i called and spoke to a manager who told me that promotion was no longer going on. i told him the app was still offering it and he told me he would refund me when i picked up. when i got there no one knew wat i was talking about then the manager came he asked me to show him were it said that... really???? i told him if it was that big of a deal just give me my order so i can go. he said that he just wanted to see it to tell his supervisor to fix it. i found it so rude of him when he handed me the money he just went back wit no comment. so unprofessional. i was being completly honest. and was treated as a liar. fix ur apps! and advertisements!! appreciate ur...
Read moreOrder 3 pizza 2 orders of breadstick and 2 orders of wings waited over 35 plus minutes and still not ready...spoke with manager and she didn't know what was going on with her employees..so she gave me what they had ready ...the pizza were not want I ordered but didn't want to wait any longer..had 3 other customers who were waiting as long as me....the only thing that made it a tiny bit better was I got a partial refund for the second order..I felt bad for the people behind since they were waiting as long...I suggested going to another location or ordering on line or over the phone..and also check your orders before leaving...the managers need to re-train employees and get there...
