Used to get yelled at by two of the female managers for taking 20 mins to go number 2. Sorry that I need to take time to put toilet paper on the dirty toilet seat I refuse to put my bare cheeks on and also NEED said cheeks to be thoroughly cleaned before I go back to work cause otherwise it’s unsanitary. Never listened to their suggestions but the constant complaining was annoying. Especially considering that I rarely did go number 2 there, only if i didn’t have an option. Emily the GM would also talk smack about co workers, being loud by slamming whatever pans she was holding when upset and overall being passive aggressive by never actually speaking up, just making everyone around her uncomfortable. Calling them the b word for having to cancel their shift due to being in physical pain. If I can’t bike the 2 miles I regularly bike to get to work, then it’s a legitimate reason. It happened one time and you made it seem like it was a regular occurrence. Heather, I’m not not gonna do my 400 lb deadlifts that I only get a chance to do once a month cause it inconveniences ya. Ya obviously don’t care for us, so why would I bend over backwards for you? It was one of the hottest days of the year, so hot, that I couldn’t make the trip on bike in one go like I always did. I had to stop 3 mins out, call ya to let you know I’m exhausted and would be 5 mins late and when I got there, the first thing I did was throw up. I didn’t feel it coming, it just happened. Your only concern was me getting the trash can dirty and not using the bathroom. Like I had a choice. You made me clean it up afterwards too by throwing out the trash, so I still don’t understand what the fuss was about. I’d say get help or find a different job cause being this toxic to literal kids for not prioritizing their minimum wage 7.25 job over their lives is pathetic. Ordered 2 pizzas For delivery. One was fine, one was burned. I called to ask if I could have it replaced. I even offered to pick it up. Even offered to send pics of the pizza beforehand. The young lady I spoke with (Refused to give me her name) argued with me that it looked fine when she cut it and that I should just eat it. At this point I asked for a manager. She replied she was the manager in a condescending tone. I asked who her supervisor was and she told me she only answers to the franchise’s owner. All this over a plain large pizza. I’m not picky but this pizza was burned and looked old. At the end of the day this is why chain pizza stores are going by the wayside. There are too many options that are consistent in quality. Not to mention if you do encounter an issue your not told you are wrong and to just eat it. If I could give zero stars I would. Biaggio’s or Slice of Italy is the way to go...

This lady manager in charge with beautiful eyes clearly comforted me…she gave me a pie without having anything to do with my situation!!! I called in trying to use these cards that I got from a poconos location,and she did what a manager would do and clearly told me these are discounted cards NOT FOR THE FREE!! I had a bad experience at the poconos location while visiting the great wolf lodge ordered 7 pies they decided to give me whatever they wanted, 7 thin and crispy pies that these kids didn’t eat!! because they ran out of cheesy bread and hand tossed pizza like wtf!?
