Dunkin' — Restaurant in South Williamsport

Chloe gave exceptional customer service she went above and beyond to help answer my questions, troubleshoot a glitch with the mobile app order, it didn’t have an option to customize a drink in the order for dietary restrictions, so I called the store, Chloe answered and was absolutely incredible in helping assist me with customizing the drink order over the phone and informing me that the app doesn’t allow that customization but that I can always call the store ahead of the pick up time for the mobile order and a team member can assist me just like Chloe so wonderfully did for me today, as an option for future orders. Chloe deserves a major pay raise and recognition for being an outstanding team member with exceptional customer service skills and making incredibly delicious drinks and troubleshooting any issues with ordering through the Dunkin Donuts app. Everything was made perfectly and she’s extremely kind, friendly, knowledgeable of the app and menu, rewards system, and made this experience absolutely stellar. Definitely going to be my go to store for future orders, as Chloe made this entire experience...

I will now drive pass this Dunkin and go to the one on the other side of town because some of the staff here is absolutely disrespectful. I was be made to feel like a burden because I ordered a box of Joe and half a dozen donuts for my groomsmen. My wife was shooed away from the register because she was charged twice for a mobile order and kindly asked the disrespectful cashier on duty for a refund on one of them (she ended up having to call customer service).

I of course am not referring to the entire crew at this location but a few of them need some heavy training on customer interactions and service, or else the Dunkin in Newberry will keep getting more and more...

Dunkin is not a place I love, but if your in a hurray and have few other choices it will do. I have never understood some people love of Dunkin. I think their coffee is weak, their other drinks are too sweet and their food while more reasonably priced than say Starbucks, is all pretty processed and pretty subpar. Even the avacado toast is obviously not fresh and tastes of chemicals to me. Donuts and muffins are ok…. I wish Dunkin would see the trend towards consumers wanting fresh food and go back to having food prepared fresh...
