Mulberry Street Cafe — Restaurant in Williamsport

Restaurant was very quaint, and had a somewhat older traditional style to it. Service was excellent and the owner took extra care to make sure everything was great with the food and service alike. They specialize in Italian dishes. Full bar also exists.

The environment felt as though we were having dinner in a friend's dining room as the staff was all very friendly and attentive. We were sat almost immediately. My girlfriend lives locally, but this was my first time dining here, and I will soon be back.

The owner caught me looking at a tribute that was at the bar and explained that it was for an employee (her best friend) that was loved by many and had passed away unexpectedly. The owner maintains the tribute with fresh flowers weekly. They are a small restaurant with large hearts that express how much they care about their community and...

This place confuses me so. I walked in to a wack slope and was greeted kinda pretty badly. I was seated along with about 15 other people and the vibes were all off. They honestly sucked. I wasn’t allowed to order an iced tea because i’m five years old. And when I asked for Rigitoni. I was under the impression that it wouldn’t be a small. It would be a normal sized meal. They gave me a small. It was small and awful. It tasted like a sperm whale puked into a pile of undercooked pasta (that was not meant to be al dente). This place should never be referred to as an establishment it’s an embarrassment to all italians anywhere. After i ate in 2 seconds their bad pasta, I immediately succumbed to the dastardly effects of vertigo - and so did 4 of my party members. God this was bad. I am going to sheetz after this to enjoy...

My mom and aunts have been having a Friday lunch at Mulberry for over a decade... On occasion I am invited to go.. After yesterday's visit, they lost all of our business.. I write a lot of reviews, and if you look 99.9999% of those are positive.. I paid for myself and my mom and was treated so disrespectfully that I didn't tip... When my mom went to leave 30 minutes later, that same lady charged my mom for a soda I already paid for so she could bring my mom a tab for $1.95 to have the opportunity to lean in to tell my mom that when I paid for her meal, I didn't leave a tip!!! That is the lowest of low, and I'm not sure how awful of a person you'd have to be to be in your 60's or 70's and act that way.. All the staff was rude aside from the gentleman who delivered our food.. He at least...
