This used to be one of my favorite places, however it has been disappointing lately. My daughter and grandchildren dined in and she called to see if her Dad and I would like anything. We each wanted the Cobb Salad.However our salads had no eggs and without eggs it's no longer a Cobb Salad. I called the store to complain about my Salad thinking perhaps someone made a mistake and the manager said they had no eggs. Employees should make the customer aware when the item they order is lacking an ingredient. Had we been advised we would have ordered something else instead of being dissatisfied with our order. The manager really made no effort to satisfy me as a customer. I understand logistic issues impacting businesses from getting supplies however as a gesture of goodwill when issues occur it would be redeeming to offer a customer an opportunity to make it right on their next visit. Read moreI placed a mobile order for drive thru. When I pulled up to the window the girl said it wasn't ready and to pull into a parking lot spot. Then, they forgot I existed. Twenty five minutes I watched people come and go before I pulled back through the drive thru and asked for my now-cold sandwich combo that was just sitting in a bag near the window. They had no intention of ever bringing it to me in that parking spot they requested.
Update (2 months later): Zaxby's responded to this post and told me to go to that website and fill out the complaint so they can make it right. I did. I never heard anything from Zaxby's. So these comments where they are responding to go to the website so they can "correct the issue" are fake. They just want to look...
Read moreIn my opinion, Zaxby's has the best chicken sandwich in this area, by far. However, as much as I love the food, the service is lacking. It is safe to say that nine times out of ten, our order is not correct. When we pay extra for something added and do not get it, we are not happy customers. Or when we order a grilled chicken sandwich meal and get a fried chicken strip basket, we are not happy. Since one person picks up lunch for the entire office, the errors are not found until they have gotten back to the office which is over 6 miles away.
