Arby's — Restaurant in Southern Pines

The Arby's in Southern Pines has some of the worst employees. My husband just went through the drive thru and ordered the two for six sandwiches with a coupon we received in the mail and this is the reaction from the employee working the window today Wednesday May 30th at approximately 8:10 pm. With an attitude she exclaims we don't have that no more ( her vocabulary not mine) and my husband explained he had just received the coupon and she still insisted they didn't have that special with a coupon so he said that's fine just give me the combo, I don't need the two of them. Proceeds to the window to be faced with the same poor attitude, paid the window worker and when she is giving him the change turns her hand so the change will fall on the ground, with a smirk and snicker without meaning sorry she says. What a terrible way to treat a customer. I call the store to speak with the manager, of course there is no answer and it finally goes to fax. This to me says the management is as poor as the help. I haven't been to an Arbys in a Long Time! Years ago Arbys was a Fav of my for they're Roast Beef! I must pass by this Location is on a Corner of a Bizzy Intersection, on Old Rte1 All the Time on way to Wal-Mart or Lowes, or were ever but with all the Bushes, Trees and a Arbys Sign is so Small on the Corner, I didn't even think of Arbys as a choice to stop grab a Lunch or early Dinner on way home! But Monday, two Lovely Friends invited me to meet at Arbys for a Late Lunch! I even had to Google the Location! But, I was very Pleasantly Suprised when we all went in, how nice, neat & clean Arbys was! Very helpful Staff answered questions about Menu! Was pleasantly Suprised by the Arbys Menu, there were so many great looking choices, Fish Basket, Prime Rib Steak Sandwich (my choice) they even kept off the peppers for me, added Curly Fries & Lemonaide $9! My Friends chose the Gryros 2 for $7 and Shakes! Everything served at good Temps to eat, we all enjoyed our meals and are looking forward to trying other things on the Menu another Time, like Brisket on a Roll looked good, and Next Time I'll include Photos!...

The fish sandwich was dry as shoe leather at 4:15pm I was at the drive threw.So I came back to give it and get something else so no fish was ready she said she drop it..! I said give me the small bbq brisket sandwich so she handing it to me saying here you can have this free..! So I opened it and it had a cup if mayonnaise slathered all over it.. I said no I don't want this and hand it back. All 5his time the black lady with glasses is giving me the look like big eyes and doubled down looking crazy . so I said just give me a plain brisket its not free I was here 15 minutes ago here's my receipt..
