Yesterday was my third time coming here. The first time I came was a couple of years ago, I stopped in with a buddy, and for a first impression, they screwed up my order as well as my friend's order. They put the topping on his sandwich that I wanted on mine and vice versa on mine. Needless to say that I didn't go back for a long time. The second time I went here I was standing in line, there were a few people in front of me, and the lady took everyone's order, and when she got to me, she told me one moment and walked down and started talking to the guy making the food. After watching her laugh and joking around with the guy and everyone ahead of me get their food, I ended up walking out and going somewhere else to eat. I was driving by yesterday and decided I would give Penn Station one more chance. I ordered the Club sub cold. And I ordered fries as well. The fries were lukewarm and for lack of a better term soggy. I hate undercooked fries. I prefer them to be hot and well done. As far as the sub goes, I didn't realize that when you order the sub cold, it still comes with the bread warm. Also, see the picture; the sandwich was put together poorly. The cheese was barely on the bread. The sub tasted ok. It's probably safe to say that I won't be coming back.

Normally won't call out a staff member unless they're "above & beyond" or subpar. However, the manager here needs to learn two things: 1. Not to be trash talking/gossiping about fellow employees when they aren't around, even if it is work-related. 2. Her voice carries really, really well (and she can be heard everywhere in the place). I was able to follow her part of every conversation the entire time I was inside. And considering how loud the music was playing, that's a considerable feat. The gentleman who took my order was a delight: we joked - I was the only customer at that moment - and generally had a good time at both the ordering station & again when I moved over to pay. Got the Chicken Cordon Bleu on multi-grain bread today. A tasty & very messy sandwich. Nearly needed a fork to get all the bits when I finished.

For the amount of money and time I waited for my food you'd think it was amazing. Definitely not the case today! My wife and I used to love the subs here. My wife's chicken cordon bleu was very skimpy on the chicken! If she wanted a bread sandwich she would've asked for it! Hardly any toppings at all. My chicken parmesan was decent but dry. I ate half of it and realized it was missing something...the pizza sauce, WTH?! The fries were at least okay. Plus the attitude for the side of honey mustard was totally unnecessary. Overall we were not happy with our meal today! It was expensive and lackluster! This was most definitely our last visit to this restaurant. Not even sure if we'll even give another location a try or not...

Awesome sandwiches! I love these sandwiches and fries and staff! Some say this place takes to long (5 minutes 7 at most) But that's because they use only the best ingredients that is available! The bread and meat are amazing. the veggies are also super fresh. The only time i walk into a Subway is to get breakfast. But the Fries and Lemonade are fresh. The fries cut the day you order (Not frozen for three years before than served) the lemonade is squeezed every single day and taste just like the lemonade you make at home. The people there are awesome and super friendly. Jen the manager is always asking how stuff is and making sure that your experience there is as if its a five star fancy restaurant. The cookies there are even better than subway. It seems like your own grandma made the cookies with huge chunks of amazing chocolate. I take my crew here about once or twice a week when we are busy working and the whole crew loves it. (We do property management and work up a heck of an apatite). So ya when your looking to buy a sandwich not jimmy johns or subway but Penn Station...

Avoid this place at all costs! My husband and I used to love penn station. Just not this one. We went there last night after playing sports and were highly disappointed. First we had to repeat our order to the girl taking our order 3 times each. And then she still got our orders incorrect. My husband ordered mayo and mustard and only got a TON of mayo. I ordered lettuce but didn’t get any lettuce. And to top it all off we ordered fries and when we got our sandwiches we were told our fries would be right out. We started eating our incorrectly made sandwiches and the fries still weren’t coming out. My husband went to go see where our fries were and they hadn’t even put them in the fryer yet! They just put them in the fryer when he went over there. We were almost done with our food when we finally got our fries. There was no apology or any attempt to make things right. I asked for the manager and was told no manager was there. We will not be going back. Might not even go to any penn stations anymore as this was one of the worst...
