I went here to get something to eat for lunch. I work strenuous hours and I have been a customer here for a while. So I decided to go today and get a LG Tuna Sub. Nathan the manager was very rude in the initial response of my order being placed. I also noticed that his negative energy was only directed to me. I was the only black woman in the facility. I was trying to ask him to wrap the subs separately. I used the wrong terminology which seemed to piss him off because he cut me off with a thanks and walked away.. So I asked the lady who I have dealt with before if they were able to place my subs in the white container's. Nathan than came over and tried to check me for asking her. Mentioning that I was on the phone and he asked did I want to separate sub containers. Which is not what I was asking for. I was trying to get the containers that would fit in my bag because I have a lot to carry into work. He tried to gas light me by mentioning my phone. As if that made me unaware of the conversation I had with him and his reaction. Needless to say they still put my sub in a regular container. I asked for my money back prior to them making the food but the lady assured me she would make it. I don't believe she did because Nathan is the one who handed me my food. Tried to call the manager only to find out it's him. So I would just look at the reviews. I do not recommend this place and I wouldn't go back. I personally feel I was racially profiled because no one else in the store was being treated so poorly and hostile... If anyone has the number to cooperate please...
Read morePoor Customer Service...order lunch for a business meeting as soon as the restaurant opened at 10am and I feel I gave them plenty of time (2 an 1/2 hours) to complete and deliver the order. I was waiting 30 minutes past the promised time and so I called. I was told that they were very busy today and I explained a simple phone call to let me know that it would be running late would have provided the proper customer service and would have let me re-structure our meeting times. The person on the phone replied "your right...we should have called". This issue has caused a big problem for the remainder of the scheduled meeting and disrupted the entire day. I have people in from out of town who needed to catch a plane later that evening so now they will have to now eat while they worked. I would not recommend calling this store if you are planning any type of corporate event. The person on the phone didn't even offer any type of consolation for the problem, all she said was just sorry!!....so I say sorry never again!!..Food just arrived and both the wings and the...
Read moreOn the night of Saturday November 4 @8:30pm I entered the Southfield location there were 2 people at the counter one of the person was picking up and the other waiting to order the cashier walked up and helped the man waiting to order she took his order for a 9" Chicken Bacon ranch grinder she then asked if I was here to pick up an order and I informed her I was here to place an order. She then told me that they were no longer taking any more orders yet she just took the order of the guy in line in front of me. When I questioned it she told me he was here picking up an order. I told them how I felt about that and left the store I will never go back to another Bellacino's. I think this was a clear display of Racism and lazieness. I was in the store before closing hours and was refused service based on the how close to closing and the color of my skin.
