It's all right. Definitely subpar to many, many others I've been to. They are new, but geez, waiting over 30 minutes for a mixer is unacceptable. Espcially while feeling the pain of watching four cars come through the drive-thru after you, then leave with their food. How long does it take to make one?
Here's the tip, staff, I could be wrong, but aren't those little hang numbers you put on the cars in numerical order? Maybe check that car you keep walking by's number after you deliver other food that's been sitting there and sitting there. It might be a clue there's a problem and you should check on them. That way they don't have to get out of their car to go in and be told, "Oh, yeah. We forgot you were there." Then hand you your mixer that's been sitting around collecting who knows what. Again, not cool.
Also, on a separate visit, for that one employee who lingered just a little too long at the car, why? Were you waiting for a tip? Because after the third time asking how things are, it just became weird and awkward. Just saying.
Try Madison Heights instead. That's what's up.

The woman who I assume to be the manager (her energy didn’t scream she wanted to be there) she greeted me by telling me they were not open. I let her know I was there for an interview. She went to the back and came back out not very apologetic as she let me know there were no more positions available, they have to many people, and they shouldn’t have been taking anymore interviews anyway. While standing in front of me she turns the interview scheduling system off. She doesn’t offer a drink or anything for my troubles she just walks away back to the back. I then waited a second for her to come back out and I proceed to tell her I was here the day before. I had ordered a bacon double cheese butterburger, but the bacon was missing. She goes oh well we aren’t open I can’t do anything about that. I asked if she could take a name for me to receive some sort of complementary item. She then ask do I have the receipt which I did and food which I did not. I just walked away...

The service i got today was mind blowing , I dined in sat at the table used the code on the table to place an order ..about 20 minutes later some worker a female with reddish/burgundy ponytail just walked past and slanged my food on the table and didn't greet herself for one which was rude, secondly the food shouldnt of been in a bag to begin with when I dined in and choosed that option ...after she slanged the bag on the table im like where is my drink at and she walked off and I had to leave my food go up to the counter to get a cup fill it and my food got cold ..this was their job to do ..I seen them also doing interviews there was three young ladies there today and all I thought to myself was good! Yall definitely need to hire better people cause yall opened up August 4th no way yall have shitty service and employees already ..fire the ones you got and get new ones..I'll continue going to the livonia...
