McDonald's — Restaurant in Southfield

If could give zero points then it would be zero points. I get off work at 2 AM. This McDonald’s is supposed to be 24 hours, however I cannot get anybody to take my order. I get off work at 2 AM. I work right down the street from the McDonald’s I get there in about three minutes. I can always see someone in the store, but they never take any orders. Sometimes there’s already a car in front of me sometimes there’s a car behind me sometimes there’s another car at the other speaker, but we can never get anyone to take our order.Tonight the lady was sitting in the sitting area on the phone wow myself and another vehicle was at the speaker. I saw her when I pulled in, but she never came to take our order. When I finally drove off, she was still sitting in the lobby on the telephone. I stopped by this McDonald’s after work 2 to 3 times a week and I cannot get anyone to take my water. I don’t understand. I thought this McDonald’s was 24 hours seven days a week however, the midnight crew does not do any work. I don’t know if they take orders before 2 o’clock or maybe later but around two between 2 o’clock and 230 no one takes an order. . I stopped by this McDonald’s after work 2 to 3 times a week and I cannot get anyone to take my water. I don’t understand. This is by far the absolute worst McDonalds, probably in the country. I’m not typically a negative review leaver but I am appalled that this place is still doing business or managed so poorly, continuously. I try to avoid this location and only recently visited for beverages only and STILL had an horrific experience. The young lady who took my form of payment was eating… never greeted me, never repeated my total. Never even said “thank you” or “here you go” once finished with my card. Drive up to the window for the three drinks and never offered a carrier, or even greeted. Then tried to hand me all three drinks and straws at once. Like how am I supposed to grab this in the car and wasn’t “would you like a cup holder?” Even thought to be asked. Worst part about all of this… the manager… sitting right there. No correction or even look of concern. The list goes on of other terrible experiences. I just wasn’t expecting such a horrendous experience at 8/9pm on a Sunday and no line at all. Like why did I get such rushed, poor service? I’m not expectations 5 star dining experience. But a “hello, your total is $6” and a thank you while being handed my card and receipt. And a “would you like a cup holder?” “here you go, have a great night”. Goes a longggggg way, just like how MOST locations function. Unbelievable, I recently moved back to the Southfield area and this location is in close proximity to my home. I've made a number of trips to this restaurant, each visit has left me with serious "after thoughts ". Customer service doesn't exist here due in part to the new kiosks installed. My first experience with the kiosks was a demonstration by a McDonalds team member. She was rude, spoke condescending and very impolite. I said well now that she's demonstrated the use of the kiosks, I shouldn't have any issues. Wrong, ny next attempt the Team members stood behind their work stations and belittled me while I searched for items on the screen. I recieved the order, it was in correct to to my inexperience with the kiosks. As the Manager-Wayne, struggled to pull my order together- 2 large coffees ,I was informed they were brewing a fresh pot......I waited about 10 mins. I only decided to come inside because the Drive Thru was at a standstill. An order for 2 large coffees, 1 with equal and 1 with sugar, detained me for 25 mins., how would take si long???? Inexperienced Management, combined with young adults without any Adult supervision. The Manager couldn't have been more than 22-25 yrs old with a crew of teenagers with no direction.
