After not being to Chuck E Cheese in a while, we took our 11 year old and 4 year old grandchildren there yesterday. Upon arrival we had a pretty good wait before we could get checked in. We were very patient because we seen the only person there was doing everything by herself. We joked and asked if she had to cook the pizza by herself too, she said she had a guy making the pizzas. We had a Groupon so a savings was nice, but not for long. We soon found out that additional wristbands had to be purchased to be able for the kids to play on the trampolines and the other play area items. The wristbands were $15.00 each, very steep price! Hard not to purchase them when my 4 year old granddaughters face just lit up. Especially knowing that she couldn’t play a lot of the arcade games, we knew she would spend the majority of time in that play area. I believe 1 price for the whole place should be given and definitely not an amusement park price. We had only gotten there a half hour after they opened, so when I went to take my granddaughter to the restroom I was surprised to see just how disgusting the bathroom was. Definitely not cleaned from the day or days before. The toilets were so disgusting that my granddaughter even commented on them. I had to go to two other stalls for toilet paper and one of the stalls didn’t even close or lock properly. The garbage was over flowing onto the floor. The food was good as we have never had a problem with the pizza. We did see several kids using the pop machine and salad bar with no adult supervision. Anyway I thought you should know that the upgrades made at this establishment will quickly be a huge financial fail without Proper management. Dedicated, hardworking and friendly Employees are a must for a successful outcome. Daily checks on cleanliness is definitely a priority for patrons. I know it is very hard to find great help, let alone good help these days, but I see cleaning companies everywhere that you should look into if you’re employees can’t help. We will be back and if the outcome is still the same, we will not return.

First time at this location. First let me start off by saying this is a VERY small Chuck E. Cheese compared to the many others, it was the first thing I noticed. I was greeted by a Kind employee I wish I had gotten his name before his shift ended but he rode a bike. So if that was you, YOURE AWESOME! THE STARS I LEFT WERE FOR YOU!! Anyway the salad bar was disgusting as I walked by, the soft drink area was filled with used tops and straws and wet paper towels. The pizza I ordered was incorrect they gave me stuffed cheese crust but my kids didn’t mind so I kept it, still not what was ordered though. THE BONELESS HOT HONEY CHICKEN WAS GREAT that kind employee suggested those and they were a win. I CANT BELIEVE ONCE THAT KIND EMPLOYEE CLOCKED OUT THEY HAD NO ONE BY THE DOOR!!! Please keep your children close to you that blew me and I will NOT be returning!

I visit this location often, and over the past few months I’ve noticed a lot of changes with managers and employees coming and going. I can tell the team is trying to improve the store, but the equipment isn’t being maintained or monitored as much as it should be. A better system is definitely needed when it comes to how kids use the equipment. Many kids are running around unsupervised and some are damaging the games or play areas. It’s frustrating because I have to constantly pull my toddler back due to older kids who aren’t behaving. I’m not sure what the exact rules are, but I really think there should be stronger expectations for parents to supervise their children instead of sitting on their phones. I truly hope this location can figure out a better approach soon, because I love bringing my child here and want to see it continue to improve.

This was my first time coming in since I was a kid upon arrival the team member had told us it would be cheaper for us just to buy the membership and we can cancel it at anytime, she quickly skipped me through the sign up process and had me add my card and sign, once we walk in there are some games but we quickly realized most were either out of order or not working properly. I was sad to see the tunnel and sides were gotten rid of and there was only 5 tiny trampolines now. The entire time we were there we didn't even see chuck e or his friends. My daughter attempted to use the trampolines but there was alot of kids already on it and kept pushing on her when the gentleman i assume was supposed to be running it returned he blew the wobble at my daughter several times who was even able to jump and told her she had to get off even though the membership I paid for it supposed to allow her to jump. We did order food which came out kinda cold. The entire place was dirty we stayed for maybe an hour and I had to get out of there we have not been back. I have been trying to cancel the membership the girl convinced me to purchase and am just now being told I have to keep the membership for a year to cancel it so basically I will be pay 300 dollars for 1 horrible visit and I've tried contacting guest relations and the refuse to help me. Do better chuck e cheese and when your signed up you should be explaining this membership cannot...

Had a horrible experience having my son's 1st birthday party here. I booked his party online and went in-store to pay the deposit. His party was scheduled for Friday January 4th at 5:00. Well, upon arrival and walking over to the party area we noticed his name wasn't on any of the tables that we're set up.. So I let an associate know, and to my surprise I was told our party was cancelled!!! WHAT!!! So after having to wait at least a half hour of showing email confirmation and what I suppose was a manager, they put us at a party table... Nothing was in order, had to wait about an hour to finally receive the pizza.. I had to get plates myself, refill the pitchers of drinks myself.. Nothing was in order for our party which was very upsetting.. Then after we moved to a booth after the party, the plate that had my son's candle and cake toppers was thrown away off our table.. Which broke my heart, and I didn't realize until we were getting ready to leave, which was to late to figure out where and what bag of trash it was in. We were also overcharged!! Nothing was offered for any of our inconvenience...
