Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Southgate

Went there and ordered one of the meal deals. Clearly stated I wanted stuff crust in the beginning. Was not given what I asked for even though he said it out loud to the girl who I believe her name was belle. I called back and said it and she said"next time ask for it in the beginning so they can ring it in." Well I am sorry I didn't check the receipt after because I thought it would be rung in the right way the FIRST TIME. JUST AM FYI... I DID say before it was done being rung in that it WAS STUFFED CRUST. I wasn't worried about paying more. Could have cared less but whatever. I could not have been any more clear I wanted stuffed crust because my daughter loves it. Thanks for the horrible service. Won't be going back! HORRIBLE SERVICE! There was no miscommunication, only errors on their part!

An update since ...our last visit. I reviewed as a 1 star but am changing it. Recieved a call from a gentleman named Bob I believe and he undid our previous visit in a complete 360. Everything was perfect and he gave great customer service. My daughter and I were very happy. She is only 2 yrs old and can't really give her input on things but the fact she ate her favorite part of the pizza (stuffed crust) speaks enough volume for itself. I decided no longer to go to Hungry Howies. Dominos have better deals. It's been a couple weeks I emailed hungry howies with receipt. Its been a battle to recieve my points. Dominos I get my points and their deals are much better. No issues at Southgate Dominos. I asked will I recieve points as i ordered guy said yes and didnt add my rewards number and they are ignoring emails and I was told yes. Still no points and you cant get help from anyone. Unable to order from app. The app selected location and wouldn't let me select my own location so I went to the store and ordered and asked to put it on rewards the guy lied and said it went on rewards and they refuse contacting me back and refuse giving me my points. They lost a forever customer. It's too much hassle. It's other pizza places out here with better deals, less expensive, and offer rewards that I never have an issue with... Dominos 2 pizza, garlic bread, pop, cinnamon bread always a deal 19.99 order online......

I have been to this location many times over the past 10 years and only twice have they messed my order up and both times they made it right by offering a free pizza. THIS kept me coming back rather than going to the other store in Wyandotte.

Today, ordered online at 6:24pm order # 94 and said it would be 20 minutes. Arrived at 6:55 to find out that my order wasn’t made, but had been overlooked and forgotten. OK, I understand things happen. Mistakes are made. However, I was very disappointed in the customer service as far as taking care of the customer when a mistake IS made. The only thing that was said was “we are sorry, and will make it now and it will be out in 10-15 minutes. This was an opportune time to show a 10 yr loyal customer your appreciation for their businesses, but you unfortunately failed. I don’t come expecting free stuff.
