Burger King — Restaurant in Southington

3/7/24.We have a problem again with how the food was made. No tomato on my whopper jr. They put extra onions though and no pickle either. I ordered a chicken sandwich with cheese and they did not put cheese on it they put mayo on the sandwich when I said no mayo .. I asked for fresh Fries and waited an extra 3 mins in a spot they said to wait... Well the fries were cold and soft so obviously not fresh. The lady at the register tonight wouldn't even put the food ordered as I said in the computer she didn't know how or was just too lazy but everything came out wrong bc of it. This place needs some real workers. It's not fair after working all day that we can't get a decent meal when prices went sky high to begin with. This is after we already had issues with this place. 02/2024 I went through drive thru and got some small chicken on a big sandwich they tried to pass off as a royal crispy chicken. It's sad. These people have a fast food job and can't handle it. There is no easier job in the world than being behind the grill at a fast food restaurant and they can never get that right. The fries were cold to the touch and hard to chew and the managers don't care for the most part.Patients was so kind. I went inside instead of drive thru and explained to her that the sandwich was made horribly wrong and she had taken care of it right away. She Even made sure I was totally satisfied before I left. The problem is that the employees aren't held accountable they keep serving timed out food that's sat for a real long time or giving the wrong meat on a sandwich that costs double than what it's worth and they get away with it. They should be sent home for the day or have to go through retraining.. at least a write up. After patients made sure I was served the correct food I was so pleased when I left that I will go back but after this I know to check my food before I leave. When I was there earlier the staff were so rude not friendly and did not smile once. The lady Even held a side conversation while I was trying to ask for ketchup. Patients made me feel like I was important and wanted to be sure I will come back. Thank you to the workers who care about the public...

This is the best Burger King in the area, in my opinion. Clean, fast, fresh hot food, friendly service: everything you would want from a fast food restaurant but rarely get. However, this Burger King is located in Southington, not Cheshire, which is verifiable by the phone number associated with this location. Southington is in Hartford County, area code 860, exchange #621. Cheshire is in New Haven County, area code 203, exchange #272. I've been trying to correct this by editing the location, however Google will not accept this edit. I live in the Greater Waterbury area, and travel to this SOUTHINGTON BK because it's the best!! Gotta say 0 stars if I could. I don’t understand why yall microwave the crap out of every burger yall make. The burgers literally burned the living crap out of the inside of my kids mouth, and my mouth. Cook things fresh, don’t microwave it , make it scolding hot and untouchable for 5 minutes, to make it seem “ hot & fresh”. Instead of scolding and old. Unreal my kids mouth has blister like burns.
