I have been here quite a few times before but never reviewed this spot until my honey mentioned it to me due to the kind service received this day specifically by an older gentlemen in the front. This place in particular is small but its very cute and the kids love it. After getting my boom-bossciti smacked around by my own nieces and bf with soft dodge balls I ended my hour long sweat sesh with nearly a sprained ankle and a black eye. The thirties have arrived and this is the first sign for me to drink my milk cause I was gasping for air, having trouble getting up from the trampoline and my muscles got sore DURING the jumping. I feel pathetic BUT its motived me to start jogging again and taking the stairs. I see why the moms sit out usually so Ill sneak wine into a sippy cup for us ladies next time (kidding...maybe) so cheers to relaxed muscles and 3$ a kid thats wasted every time we come here cause kids lose/brake the sock every time...I had a nice time though! 😁 2 thumbs up!

I was very happy with our visit to Extreme Air. The place is clean and well maintained. They have plenty of parking, and was easy to find. The staff was very nice and welcoming. My son is on the spectrum for autism. They told us if they needed to dim the lights, or turn down the music to just let them know. We had a lot of fun. I would definitely recommend this place to families of children with special needs. It was a great environment for me and my son to just let loose and jump around lol. We will definitely be going back soon, very soon. It would be cool if there was a yearly membership we could commit to with this park. They just show care in areas that are lacking in a lot of places. Not just the fact that there is a discount for my son, but that they care enough to ask if we need the lights dimmed or the music turned down. That was huge for me, and the reason I will continue to go back and also recommend Extreme Air to everyone I know.

Update: I had the privilege of have my daughter's 6 birthday party here. My daughter absolutely loved it. First off. You're given a 'host' who literally does EVERYTHING for you. You have decorations? He'll put them up. While you go enjoy the party. We had guests that were stuck in traffic and missed all but 6 minutes of the hour long jump time. Only for the manager to give them an extra hour to jump after the party. Out of all the birthday party's we've had this one was the lest stressful. And that's because of the host. He did everything. And they even clean up afterwards. Literally just had to show up and have fun. Easy. *Toddler time open till noon. Literally the best thing ever. My Little wanted to wear her costume to jump. Cutest Little Pig EVER!! 😂

My daughter went to a birthday party here, and she had so much fun being around all of her friends! They were acting silly and singing a bunch!

I ended up grabbing a brochure to potentially see about setting up a birthday party for my child within the next month or so... I was astonished by the pricing. $320 for 1 hour of jumping, 1 hour of party room with 2 pizzas and fountain drinks for 8 guests plus birthday kid... Seemed like a lot for what you get.

Just to compare, Last year we went to a bowling alley WITH laser tag and pizza for significantly less and the party lasted longer as well as accommodated 10 guests plus birthday kid.

Extreme Airs idea of a gift for the birthday kid was a t-shirt stuffed inside of a flimsy plastic cup with no lid. They didn't even think to have the group of kids sign the shirt or anything.

I just felt given how much they charge that they're idea of a party would be a bit better then it was. The jumping area hasn't changed or been updated in any way since my child was last there at the age of 4. It overall seems very outdated.

One of my biggest issues regarding this place is the fact that they have what they call an "adult clubhouse" where the adults are supposed to be allowed to go up top to like a second floor area and watch their kids, but instead it was taken over by children that we're wearing wristbands and playing on phones or tablets. Just didn't seem very much like an adult situation. I don't know who goes to a place like this, pays them doesn't jump.

Overall not impressed.

*To the owner who decided to reply... If you actually read the entirety of my review, I did compare to what we did last year for her party. As a parent we look at different options and compare what you get for the pricing. Your establishment simply isn't comparable to the several other options I've now looked into. & You can be hurt that I didn't find your location to be up to standards I would want for a party for my child, but at the end of the day everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I went here as a guest, I am allowed to leave my review. I've been a paying customer in...

we went to go have a sunday funday with the family. I had told the lady in the register i had my own trampoline socks and she said that’s fine , mind you she didn’t bother to ask what brand or to even see my socks?. 40 minutes passed all the workers started attacking saying i can’t have those socks but it wasn’t an issue for one of the worker when he peeped his head in the dodgeball court. there was no issue for the 40 minutes of me jumping, then when we had 10 minutes to jump the manager came and told me i had to purchase their socks and i can’t jump we paid over $60.he was disrespectful about it he wasn’t kind about it. i had told them i wasn’t jumping in then i’m just watching my toddler, the remaining time we were there we were just getting mean ugly looks from the workers, mind you every kid was having fun with us playing dodge ball respectfully, but these miserable workers clearly were the issue. i’m a manager myself, so i was just shocked how he had handled it calling us liars and not believing us when we told him his employee in the front told me i was fine to go.it was our FIRST time here and it will for sure be our last time. do better.

update: 1 we have no reason to lie. 2 YOUR employee failed to ask any sort of questions about my socks. & 3 like i said it was OUR first time. just admit your staff lied and failed to...

While there was toddler time, which I can appreciate. While a manager knew my kid from an old job and at the beginning my kid (disabled) got singled out and said she couldn't jump because she was 7, that's fine but then going in and seeing bigger kids than my kid jumping and they were not adults or over 18, I don't think so. Don't give the excuses you turned 3 others away when clearly there were 5 of them that I was able to count in there. Would never recommend this place, go somewhere else. I'm sure this will reported but this is a true review. The owner likes to take off negative reviews to make himself look like there are no issues. I will also add the manager speaking to me the way she did in front of other guests. I also know there are other complaints against you so people know the values you have which is none. I have witnesses. I would also like to add during this toddler time while there were adults there, they were no where near their toddler and they let this be acceptable and let them be...
