Subway — Restaurant in Southington

I don't know where to start tbh. Can I give zero stars? This location used to be decent but I have had a few horrible experiences here on my last couple of visits and am now completely done with them.

First off, they have had issues receiving orders online and blamed the subway system each time so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and I have never had that issue at any other location.

And on this last visit, the girl did not change her gloves from the previous customer, which is disgusting, and we're passing cucumbers and other ingredients with the girl next to her who was making a sandwich for somebody else, double disgusting! She then ripped the wrap when trying to wrap it up and then tried to put the old wrap in a new wrap by scraping the contents with her knife into the new one. What kind of joke is this? The owner was even there and watched the whole thing. I was speechless.

Needless to say that the sandwich did not make it to my car. I threw it out immediately and will never be coming back there again. I would not recommend ordering online from this location. Make sure you see how they prepare your sandwich because lord knows how they do it when nobody...

I picked up a to go order today and there were two young men working. We get home and one sandwich is right and mine is not even close. Wrong bread, a mess, no cheese and no veggies. Just a glob of runny tuna. The phone number listed does not work so we had to drive all the way back to the store where kid that made my sandwich acted like I had a problem and offered me free anything I wanted as if that is what I was asking for. I just wanted to get the sandwich I ordered. He NEVER apologized and kept telling me he was trying to help me out. This is not the first time we have had a terrible experience at this location, but his laziness and arrogance was just completely unacceptable. I thought the store owner might like to know he is lazy and just giving a bunch of stuff away to satisfy people. He seemed well versed in just giving stuff away so I am sure it was not...

I'm not a frequent flyer at Subway. When it cane time to pick my bread I was shocked at so many choices. The chicken I had was moist and fresh tasting. All of the veggies were all fresh too. I asked the employee what is their preference for sauce and she added one that I don't recall. It was delicious. I should also add that the employee who helped me was extremely professional and a pleasure to speak with. My personal experience will make it so I return again in the...
