Totally unprofessional mechanic shop

I came in at 12pm with 2 minor issues. The heater not producing the heat, and needed a new fuel tank mud flap. I also decided to change oil as it was coming close to the mileage. I gave all the info including make, model, and vin number of the truck and agreed to 4 hours of waiting time. They finally started around 5pm. All this time I was staying right there in front of the bay 3 door. However, my order of heater check up never was put in, so the certified technician left without even looking at my truck. They ordered the part right before the closing of the parts store, so when the wrong one came in they couldn’t exchange it, as it was too late. I was let out of the bay at 7:30pm, but wait! I got to my parking spot that is 30min away to find out that I have a leak!! I turned around and went back for them to fix it. Could you imagine me hitting the road with that?!! So overall, 9 hours of absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional...

wow how Horrible this place is…it is the first and the last time here soo disappointed i came here to do oil change at 11am and they told me there are 4 trucks before you i said ok then left my phone numbers and waited 4 hours then came to check up with them and they said you are the next one in the line we will call you in a short .. went to back my truck waited their phone call but nobody called me within 2 hours so i came back again to check ..by the time their shift has changed i saw another guy in the desk and he told me there are 2 more guys before you i said wow how come he said it is how it is you gotta wait 3 hours more then i explained everything but no changes to be honest i respected their time n waited 6 hours just to do oilchange but they don’t respect our time and that’s what driving me crazy …Pls if it is not urgent ❗️❗️❗️Pls don’t come here to do your service i would go other places. you gonna regret coming here if you do...

Everyone I dealt with was rude, and I felt utterly disrespected again and again. Nobody cared to do their job. They flat-out refused to let me leave my truck overnight after I had already pulled in — forcing me to waste my time pulling in and out for no reason. Why couldn’t you say that before I entered? I asked multiple times for someone to call my company to confirm I was here, but over the course of six long hours and after three different people rotated through the customer service desk, not a single one bothered to make a simple call. I kept repeating: “Please call them, please call them,” but I was completely ignored. After this treatment, I lost my patience and left. Instead of resting in a proper hotel, I now have to spend the night in a broken truck. This was not just poor service — it was deliberate negligence and disrespect. No professional company should ever treat...
