Dunkin' — Restaurant in Southington

Usually, the experience is very good. Today, however I was waiting for my food at the drive through (receipt posted with today's date) and they were training new people today, which I totally understand and wasn't even mad for waiting. However, as the manager was telling the new trainee what he was doing today, he asked him what I was waiting for, as I was parked outside the window. So I told them I was waiting for the jelly donut, which is on my receipt because I ordered and paid for it. The manager responds with "they've been waiting there just for a jelly donut" as if he was annoyed that I was sitting there waiting for the food I ordered. It shouldn't matter what I'm waiting for. I paid for it and was waiting for it. It wasn't in anyway my fault that I was waiting for it; I hadn't gotten it.

Like I said, usually this place is really good. Today was not, and if this is going to be a continued experience, I might go to one of the ten other dunkins in town, because this was so stupid. I've been going this location daily for over a year. Throughout that time I developed a rapport with many of the staff. One worker knew our order so well, she'd have it half finished on the screen before i even pulled up. Others knew the order fairly well but got it wrong one day and i corrected them quickly at the window, in the hopes they wouldn't have to make two coffees and ever since (2 weeks), only my coffee has had ingredients incorrect. I would correct it at the window and have it still come out wrong. The person who knew my order like the back of her hand for months, all of a sudden gets it wrong everyday, even after...

I’m going to try to describe two employees at this site, who are the reason for this review and deserve recognition for their hard work. A bald gentleman, who I know is a manager, who is always very nice and very fast. The other is a gentleman that may be new, with thick glasses and neck tattoos, who is ALWAYS smiling, is extremely friendly and cheery. This place isn’t perfect, but I know when either of these two are working, my order will be fast, correct and my interaction will be pleasant. You are lucky to have these two at your site. Please...
