Dunkin' — Restaurant in Southington

This location has a very unusual driveway.. I mistakenly drove in to the area meant as the exit. I was able to negotiate it and turn around without a problem so I drove up to the drive-thru speaker and placed my order. As I pulled up towards the drive-thru window and was waiting behind the car in front of me I needed to reload my Dunkin' donuts app because the balance was too low, the car in front of me had pulled away a moment before I was done and no one was behind me but the employee in the window began banging on the window to get my attention as though there was something urgent.. when I approached the window he began scolding me for entering in through the wrong way and proclaiming that there was two signs stating it wasn't an entrance and that there had been an accident at some time prior. I never had a chance to explain to him that I never saw these signs and at that point I felt no need to explain myself as he was visibly upset.. when he handed me my coffee he shoved it into my hand and angrily exclaimed 'have a nice day'. I can easily admit that I made a mistake and appreciate somebody trying to point out my error but there is no excuse to behave the way that this young man did. I will be avoiding this location from now on both for its unusual driveway situation and the inexcusable attitude...

2nd time here in last 2yrs. The 1st time my coffee was horrible and the lady refused to make a different one. I never wanted to return. Today I thought why not give them another try, I'm in the area. So to avoid a repeat of the 1st time, I ordered my iced Macchiato with an extra shot of espresso. Well, I got my $7.53 Iced Macchiato to only be disappointed again.(and why does this location charge $1 more?) Looks like they left an inch of space to accommodate my extra shot of espresso but clearly forgot to add it. Got another horrible drink. Smh....I really don't understand the process. I can visit 4 Dunkins in one day and none of the coffees taste the same. You can clearly look at the color and tell if there is an added shot of espresso. It's not like I'm trying to order some crazy custom drink. So lesson learned....avoid...

Walked into the Dunkin (next to Homewood Suites) this past Friday at 3:45pm. I stood at the counter for several minutes without even a "we will be with you in a moment". All four of the employees made eye contact with me but none of them wanted to take my order. After about 10 minutes I walked over to the pick up counter so that I would be in better eye view of the employees. Again, all four of them looked at me but none of them wanted to wait on me. No one else in the store at this time and the drive through was not that busy. I know it's hard for businesses to get help, but this group working on Sept 2nd took "ignoring a customer" to...
