I'm giving a rave review to the management and their crew of staff. I frequent this location often, and my customer experience is excellent. Each waitress meets you and greets you with a cordial smile and warm greeting. I now come to this location because other Friendly's employees are not friendly, food isn't as good service is slow. This location is dedicated to the customers for sure. High volume with high quality all the time. I visit this location sometimes a few times a day, The Manager named Jesse is such a good Manager he is so caring about his clientele. But the poor elderly couple next to us did not have a great expierence and was very vocal about it to his waitress who did nothing about it but say sorry, when what she should've done was gone and split the check for the couple so they could use the discounts they wanted. Respect your damn elders ! Why frustrate the cute couple on a date. Read moreMy 4-year-old and her grandmother went for lunch. Part-way through the meal, the bench tipped, unceremoniously dumping my daughter on the floor, causing her to whack her jaw on the table on the way down. The manager was immediately at the table, comping the meal, explaining that corporate had been called but had thus far neglected to fix a known defect with the bench.
All of which begs the question, if the bench is known to be defective, why is anyone being allowed to sit there, especially a child??? They apparently have two benches with this same problem. Neither has been removed from service.
Shame on you Friendlys. You're apparently a family restaurant that doesn't care...
