ShopRite Plaza — Local services in Southington

My mom went to the store on her own and is handicapped as far as needing a cane and she can't balance well without support so in essence I'm saying it's hard for her to get around. So when she got home and saw that multiple items on her receipt had been charged for more than what she bought she obviously had to go back because it would've been at least 10 or 15 dollars overcharged. My mom is the sweetest little lady you will ever meet and I drove her there because it's alot for her to keep going to these places multiple times. They were very rude to her, never apologized for the mistake and instead blamed the brand new cashier that had waited on my mom. Needless to say she came back out and told me they had definitely lost a customer. So to the people who work in customer service maybe you should look for a different job because you certainly do not belong where you are now. I worked customer service for years and not once was I ever rude or disrespectful to any customers even the ones who deserved it, let alone the little old ladies who just want their receipts corrected because they are living on a...

They have the best bakery. None of the other stores make pistachios muffins like Shop Rite. I call the bakery to make sure they have 12 in stock. If not they make them nice & fresh for me.. Everyone who works at the bakery deserves a compliment. They are all very special. They take the time to make sure that your order is perfect. They go above & beyond to get the order done. They are also an asset to your company. Don't lose them. It's nice to have pleasant ppl who take the time to make sure the other is correct. Shop mostly in Petco, Shoprite and Joanns but there are a lot of other stores and restaurants in this Plaza. You can get your nails done while waiting for your tires to be done, right next door. Grab a quick bite to eat at the Chinese restaurant or stop by Moe's for some great nachos. Or maybe Buffalo Wild wings. GNC is located here also. Ample parking and easy access to all the places located...
