Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Southington

The store manager Anthony was extremely rude and lacks customer service skills! I initially had ordered for take out but once arrived my partner and I changed our minds and we asked the young lady who took my order if we can sit and eat-in. She did not direct me to a waiter and just said yes! So we sat on a table and ate our food. I unfortunately missed the sign that said no outside food or drinks as it is there when you walk in but honestly no one ever looks at that!I had my personal coke. I am enjoying my food and all of a sudden Anthony the manager comes out and rudely say’s “ Your not allowed to drink this in my store, so I said well do you sell coke I’ll be happy to buy it.” He said we sell “Pepsi,” I said “well do you have water ? “ he then rudely said “if you wanted service you coulda had asked for service” in an arrogant way. I said to him well did you ask your employee first if it was offered? He said “No, but I will! Just get that drink out MY STORE.” And walked away after I asked for his name & title. TERRIBLE SERVICE! Maybe he needs training perhaps he could had been more curious on “hey did anyone offered to provide you any service as we only allowed inside drinks and to dine in lobby we need to assign a waiter to assist you! And he could had offered if I can get someone to get you a different drink I would had probably asked for a Margarita and gave more assets to the company! This review would had been a 5 star but lack of empathy on the customer service world will not get you anywhere! And the fact that he never even brought me a cup of water like who denies water to their customer I spent around 75.00 a month on this store. But I will take my service elsewhere where is actually...

If you don’t mind fighting with traffic, Buffalo Wild Wings aka BWW made it well worth the trip. Located in the ShopRite plaza, it’s in the corner the plaza next to Moe’s…and has a separate entrance/exit for take-out orders which was a huge plus. Plenty of parking but I did notice only a few spots for take-out..people just part in the fire lane. Now to the food…I’ve had BWW before when I lived in Danbury and am very aware of the atmosphere (grew up in Sports Bars). I got the app exclusive “20 boneless wings and a large fry for 16.99”..so with that, you can get a choice of any 4 styles of sauce and 4 sides per se..whether it’s just dipping sauce or celery, etc. Fries were perfectly seasoned and cooked..the whole large fry didn’t have any cold, none tasted burnt and not like most places where some are seasoned, others aren’t..on to the wings..Caribbean Jerk, Sweet BBQ, Honey BBQ and Lemon Pepper. It took me 2 sittings to eat the wings as to be expected because unlike fries…wings can be reheated. These wings did NOT disappoint. There’s a reason why BWW has taken over the wing industry and leaves everyone else miles behind in the dust. 1-5…4.7 and on a 1-10…9.8. If don’t know what it’s like on a day when there isn’t football as far as volume goes..but it was wayyyyy too loud and I couldn’t imagine what it would be like with the place jam packed with people drinking and cheering on their teams. Being one who suffers from vertigo, my only recommendation and why I took off a percentage of a point..maybe hopefully some day they could do it to where they could bring it to the car as a true curb service. (They might do that already, I don’t know and didn’t notice). I’ll definitely...

A Wild Wingding in Weirdly Wonderful Connecticut!

Oh boy, where do I even begin? My buddies and I decided to embark on a daring culinary adventure at Buffalo Wild Wings in the enigmatic land of Connecticut on a Friday night. Let me tell you, Connecticut might just be the Bermuda Triangle of states – it's like they threw all the other states in a blender and hit "weird"! As we strolled into this saucy sanctuary, we were met with an aroma that could only be described as a hypnotic mix of chicken wings and burger. Let's talk about the star of the show: the food. The wings were so superb that it was like eating a fireworks display, and I mean that in the most delicious way possible. But the real MVP of the evening was none other than our server, Olivia. The curly-haired, silly polish gem who put the "wild" in Wild Wings. Her energy was like a rollercoaster ride through a haunted mansion with a side of Connecticut weirdness. She'd come by to check on us and casually toss out trivia about Connecticut. So, there we were, enjoying wings, basking in the quirky ambiance of Connecticut, all while Olivia tried to convince us why it’s the best state. In conclusion, if you ever find yourself craving chicken wings in a state that's as puzzling as it is charming, make your way to Buffalo Wild Wings in Connecticut. And if you're lucky, you might just have Olivia as your waitress, ready to take you on a journey through the weird and wonderful world...
