Went to add money to my prepaid account and this very rude black woman insisted that i was wrong about the plan i have. I tried to explain to her ive had the same plan and payment for months. I didn't get 3 words out before she cut me off n asked for my phone to call their 611 line to get the answer there, since i couldn't possibly know what i was talking about. Once the 611 line confirmed i indeed was correct, she gave me a cheezy wink nod n pointed at me. Needless to say after making the payment my phone service shut off at midnight. Having to wait till 7 am to call customer support, they said they have no record of the sale, despite me having a receipt and invoice number. So not only did i pay 80$ and don't have phone service, but now i need to wait for the store to open an hour and a half after im supposed to be in work. I travel for work and need my phone for gps and in case of emergencies as i travel between states. This is more then an inconvenience as its wasting my time, my bosses time and im losing money after already paying 80$ cash. Will not be returning to this store for...
Read moreTaylor, was with another customer when we arrived, as well as, the other 2 agents but one other agent who came from the back was not with a customer and looked directly at us and continued to go and sit down until another agent said to him, there are customers waiting. This particular agent then decides to acknowledge us from a far, like it was a joke!!!
More customers came in the store and I told them to go ahead with that unprofessional agent!!!
We then decided to to go with Taylor, since she was available. I explained to Taylor why I decided to go with her because of what the other agent did to us. This is the only Verizon store I have visited for several years and never experienced being ignored. I was shocked.
Taylor gained our confidence again. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and that is why I gave her a 10.
