UPDATE: I EMAILED AS ASKED BELOW AND NO ONE REPLIED.
I ordered a dish on the phone because the app does not allow gift cards to be added that were given to you. I wanted to use the gift card my husband got me.
On the phone I said I’d like to add my rewards to the app and the man I spoke to said we could see with his manager when I got there. This would be the second time I wouldn’t be able to collect rewards because of ordering on the phone since the app won’t add my gift card.
I got there and brought it up to the employee who gave me my order. That employee said there was nothing they could do. Then another employee came and tried something on the computer and said it didn’t work but they could call customer service. Then that employee left to make a meal and I was stuck with the initial employee.
This initial employee did not want to help, and I had to ask about the other employee’s offer to call customer service. I said I can leave so you can help other customers and y’all can get back to me. Then this employee said they can’t do anything and their manager has to. So I said okay, can your manager call me, and what’s her name? She said yes her name is Maddie. Then I asked for the employee’s name and the employee looked irritated, ignored me, and asked for my number. I asked again and said I want to be able to tell your manager who I spoke to. The employee again looked irritated and refused to give me a name and asked for my number. I said I need a name. This employee went to the other employee who tried to help earlier and gave their name. It was Marcus, and Marcus is the only person who tried to help me but was busy making food. The unhelpful employee had a pierced nose and chin, short, dark hair, and glasses. This employee went out of their way to be difficult, unhelpful, and would not even share their name so I could tell the manager who I spoke with. While I certainly appreciate Marcus’s efforts, the other employee has zero customer service skills, and if anything makes life much harder for paying customers.
Separately, I love the Seoul bowl however today it was missing one of the sauces/dressings which come in two separate small containers. It made the bowl taste bland.
I look forward to hearing back from Maddie, the Southlake Crisp and...
Read moreSomething has definitely changed. I placed my order online. I put in a note that I have a severe allergy to gluten. When I went to the drive thru to pick up my salad it was sitting out on the counter, receipt’s were blowing in the air and the lady picked up a bag off the floor to put my salad in. That is not good. When I asked if they saw my note about the gluten allergy since the receipt was not on my salad she said they keep gluten ingredients separate from the other food. If I remember correctly the past workers always made my salad separate to keep from cross contamination. When I opened my salad at home the dressing looks different and doesn’t taste like normal as well as the part of avacodo they gave me was hard as a rock and still had the stem in it. I don’t even trust to eat it. I have bought so many salads at this location for me and my employees. Today was...
Read moreI’ve been coming here for six months and I don’t know if they just increased their prices or if they started charging for every topping differently, but I order the same thing every time for my wife and I and before it was $32 out the door, but today it’s over $40 for two salads. I like this food but the pricing is just insane or the employees don’t know how to charge it because the bill seems to be slightly different every time I come. Nine dollars for a base of rice and spinach then $1.25 to $3.50 for every additional topping is insane.. Two weeks ago it came with four toppings included. I don’t know if this is new pricing or improper training and overbilling but $20+ for a BYO salad with five total toppings is ridiculous. The food is good, but the billing needs to be corrected because today was a...
