Kincaid's Hamburgers — Restaurant in Southlake

I have visited Kincaid's almost a handful of times in the last 6 months. It all started with a trip to Costco and my daughter wanting a burger but not just any burger- fast food just wouldn't do. She found Kincaid's and ordered for both of us. We've been enjoying Kincaid's ever since!

The burgers are simple and classic which is perfect. The fries are really good as well. O M G their shakes are so good. My favorite was the Dreamsicle until our most recent visit when I ordered a chocolate shake with banana. Insert drooling NOW. It really hit the spot, I enjoyed it immensely! I now will have to decide which shake to get when we return...decisions, decisions!!

We've always had great service and appreciate their outside seating. Customer service has been great, we've only had one hiccup with an order and it was resolved very promptly without issue.

Another one of my favorite things about Kincaid's is the ordering system. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the paper bag order system. Please never change this! I love that there's no confusion in what is being ordered. I've never seen this anywhere before, it really makes Kincaid's stand out from other burger joints and that it's so simple-- in a classically delicious way!

My boyfriend is much more adventurous about his burger toppings and has ordered the Cowtown deluxe and tweaked all the bugers he's ordered and would return. My daughter had the burger bowl on our most recent visit and raved about it and wants to make her own version at home some time. I totally saw that coming when I saw the signage for the burger bowl and pointed it out to her.

It's been almost a decade since I first visited Kincaid's Grocery Market off of Camp Bowie. Back then, Kincaid's elicited a high score from me, so it's due for a refresher.

For the sake of efficiency and logistics, i decided to try theur Southlake store to see if they measure up. I was pleasantly surprised at how well they made this location look like the original, save there is no food on the shelves, here.

My order was taken almost instantly around noon, and I ordered the Texas Firecracker burger, their latest addition to the menu. Alongside that, a chocolate shake and some onion rings. Fifteen minutes later, I'm out the door with my food.

This burger was phenominal. The way that the jalapeño cream cheese and habañero honey pull the bacon and the beef together is indescribable. Adding that to the fact that you're still getting the Kincaid's patty makes this sandwich a winner. The onion rings were certainly worthwhile, in my opinion. Nothing super stellar, but the restaurant isn't named "Kincaid's Onion Rings". The shake was equally delicious to the burger. Real Blue Bell shakes will always pair well with any great burger, and this one impressed. Very even consistency and tasty.

Overall, Kincaid's has always been a recommendation from me for anyone looking for a good bite. This burger only reminded me of that fact. I give Kincaid's Hamburgers in Southlake an outstanding 5/5.

Bought a 1/2lb bacon burger with fries and a drink and when I got my meal I asked if I could get 2 little cups of ranch, I was told i would have to pay 33 cents per ranch cup. I always loved restaurants that make you pay for dipping sauce after you have already played for your meal, especially when you pay $13.57 for a meal. But anyways...... I wanted the ranch so I got out my card and asked for 2 ranch cups and was told I can't purchase 2 ranch cups and that I would have to buy 3 to use my card! I asked to speak to management and they told me there's nothing they can do because there system won't let them! So because I don't carry cash/change I had to buy 3 sides of ranch, knowing I wont use all 3! Here's a stranged idea......... how about have some customer service and just giving the customer the 2 meelsley sides of ranch rather than pissing off the customer more by making them buy stuff they dont need! Some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced, especially over something as petty as giving the customer 2 sides of ranch sense he did already pay for his meal and you can't charge him for 2 cups of ranch. Can't see myself coming back, there's too many burger places out there to be treating customers this way! I'm interested to see if anyone reaches out to me to try to make this situation right......
