Coolgreens Southlake — Restaurant in Southlake

Very "cool"! Unique atmosphere, like the healthier approach, but the combinations of ingredients are odd in some cases. Vegans don't really have much choice ironically in this place. Vegetarians not as challenging, but still so.

I will say the staff was great (Anaya?) was very friendly and eager to learn more about challenges having with certain ingredients in menu items. Helped without hesitation to make some odd swap requests to keep an item on the vegan scale.

If menu catered a bit more to V/Vg I would give 5 stars!

Our Food:

Harvest Wrap w/ Fresh Fruit - excellent wrap, filling and Fruit was good quality and combo. If you love figs you'll likely love this wrap!

Spicy Avocado Crunch Sandwich w/ Chipotle Corn - subbed cheese for Curry Couscous - good yummy sandwich, but needed more Avocado to be called Avocado Sandwich. Corn was really good, but beware does have a lot of Feta cheese in it.

Miso Power Bowl (to go) - had this for dinner next day and was very good and filling. Great combination actually. Easy to just dump dressing in container, put lid on and shake, ready to go!

Banana Chocolate Chip Cookie - soft, thick almost like a sweet bread. Yummy and different.

Peanut Butter Energy Bites - had these for dessert next day. Very good and filling, although after bite into they do get a bit crumbly.

Watermelon Juice drink - very good, they do add agave though,...

10/5 - OKAY - SO THIS IS MY ALL TIME FAVORITE PLACE FOR CLEAN EATS. I MEAN SERIOUSLY - YOU CANNOT BEAT IT. I’ll stop yelling now but you NEED to check this place out. The freshest ingredients, most delicious dressings, a clean calming atmosphere and the GREATEST customer service I’ve received since moving to Texas. They are family owned and everyone I’ve encountered has been extremely helpful, kind and courteous. Not only will you love your experience you’ll feel ABSOLUTELY GREAT after your meal which may be the best part of it all. If you stop by tell Shanna (manager) I said hi =) She is awesome along with all other staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I am OBSESSED with Cool Greens. This may be a “chain” restaurant, but I can personally attest to this location being light years better than other locations I’ve been to. I live in Dallas and rarely like to visit that one because it does NOT measure up to this Southlake location. The food is so fresh and you get generous portions for an amazing price. I love that sweet potatoes or figs are offered as toppings - these types of unique garnishes stand out from other salad places. The owners are so kind and you can tell they truly pour everything into their business! The staff is so friendly and helpful… I’ve only had one gentleman who made my salad and seemed less than thrilled to be there, but all of the other employees have great energy.
