Absolutely AMAZING customer service!!! Lanisha was the most caring ,warmest ,kind manager I’ve come across in ANY industry establishment in an extremely long time! From her welcoming “hello how are you “to her attentiveness of her customers.. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could! 10/10 hands down! To be completely honest I stopped coming to this Southlake location due to past poor experiences and was treated very rudely. I’m BEYOND ecstatic I gave it ( this particular location)another chance ! Read moreSometimes we have such a wonderful experience at a store that reminds us that all of customer service isn’t dead although it certainly seems that way at times! I went shopping today at this Marshalls in Southlake and Maria (one of the cashier’s) was so helpful I couldn’t wait to do a post on her! I love getting the $10 coupons but I hadn’t figured out how to actually use it! I had a whole cart full of stuff + a return and she handled it all like a real champ! She was so competent and so efficient it was such a pleasure to get all that done in such a timely manner! This is the type of employee you wish all stores had someone like her! Read moreVery disgusted and disappointed. Visited earlier to walk up to the door and greeted by trash cans overflowing trash everywhere. I get it the lot is probably cleaned by a contractor. And it’s holiday time. But why should the employees and management feel like this is ok outside the door? Send someone out there and change the can. Instead of waiting all day for the contractors to show up. Not good for the community with all the wind blowing loose trash blowing around. Management needs to be held accountable.
