Starbucks — Restaurant in Southlake

This location was offputting enough that i don't want to go to another Starbucks for a long time. I ordered a Dragon Drink then sat in the lobby waiting with other people that were already there when i walked in. There were not many people inside, and this location doesn't have a drive thru. So I really dont understand why after ~25 minutes, why me or ANYONE who was sitting in the lobby had a drink ready for them yet, despite a ton of drinks sitting on the counter? They seemed to all be door dash orders. I'm not sure why exactly the guy making the drinks was only making orders from DD (most of them were not picked up when i was there either) and not making any orders for the people waiting inside. Like i said i waited for 25 minutes, then looked around and saw the number of people just waiting for their order pile up more and more. People checking the counter to see if their drink was there in case they missed it somehow, and i did the same. Nada. Not a single person actually took a drink. Let me emphasize that there were a TON of drinks sitting there, and absolutely none of them were for anyone there. I said screw it, I have somewhere to be. Told the lady at the register to forget about my drink. I worked in fast food for 5 years so i still acted politely. She offered a refund, but i just smiled and said dont worry about it, and i really didnt care at that point and just wanted to leave so i wasnt late. Is this normal? No one else asked where their drink was, even people who were already there when i arrived. I honestly can't imagine sticking around and waiting 45 minutes...

I was their last sunday and unfortunately it was the worst day for my family and my friends , The Girle working in this shift was really rude and deal with us with no respect , she made a bad frapichino and refuse to made a new one for us , the same for other friends happened. And I told her this is un professional and you treat us in. A rude way , she said I can refund you and leave the store , I ignored her and my friend got refunded , The worst thing happened my doughter is 2 years old , she was crying to get a chocolate pop cake , but this rude girl said I don’t have and she already have it , , 2 minutes later a costumer enter the store and requested the same chocolate pop cake I request for my daughter, and at this point I extremely shocked as she offer the customer 2of them , I can’t imagine thier was a rude people like this. , I asked her way you treat us like this and she said I will call the police for you ??!! And I will not serve you!? I am sure this girl doesn’t know what customer service means?! I call customer service and file a complaint and also call the district manager and she said will investigate and will contact you within 48 hrs , and nothing happened till now , I can not forget this bad day , not only because the Awful way we treated , but because this is the first time my little daughter requested something and I can’t make her happy by giving Whats make her happy When it was related to my daughter , it will not be...

I never had this awful experience with Starbucks, me and my friend had our Frappuccino , mine was okay not good as I use too but I let it go but my friend’s drink was bad so he decided to change it but it wasn’t easy the girl who was working there she was very rude with us she treated us with unprofessional or even humanitarian treatment. She was working by her self although there were more girls in the back, I’m not sure why no one came and help with the line. Anyway this wasn’t a big problem for me, the big issue happened to my friend’s 2 years old daughter , she wanted cake-pop and my friend ordered for her but this girl said they are out of it , BUT after a minute another customer came and asked for the same cake-pop the girl grabbed one for this customer. When me and my friends went and asked her that why you said you are out of this item why now you have it for the other customer. She said I have right to refuse serving you and she told me get out of here!!!!!!!!!! I didn’t do anything to here, I asked here politely I know you are working by your self but why you didn’t grab one(cake-pop) for my friend as well ??!!
