Customer service and ordering experience was not that great.
I found these guys on Google and my wife and I decided to go in and try it. I think I was there for nearly 2 minutes before either one of the three employees welcomed me or asked me if they could help me. Two were sitting down at a table and one was behind the counter. There was only One table with three customers so it was practically empty.
When I finally went to order, it was just a very strange experience. I told the gentleman what I wanted based on what I saw on the menu, and he interrupted me and basically told me That they will complete my sandwich further down the line. What made me a little bit more uncomfortable is that the kid didn’t really smile or seem welcoming while speaking with us.
Furthermore I got annoyed when I saw the three employees chatting with each other and laughing with each other much more than they were trying to chat with the customers and make them feel welcome.
The sandwich was actually decent which is why I am giving this a three star review. If it was based just on the customer service And how welcome we felt, I would definitely give this a one star.

The food itself was delicious, I went a little off menu with my order but I based it off his jalapeño bowl and swapped out the bacon for rib and added bbq sauce and very much enjoyed it. His cheese sauce is consistent texture with savory rich flavor while the bbq sauce add a wonderful tang and the jalapeño slices added a nice bite that never had a chance to overpower my mouth with spice thanks to the cream cheese in this particular recipe.
I had the pleasure of talking with Cody and hearing the story of Jack’s Mac. There were some hardships getting to the point they are at now. But you can tell, not only by the food itself, but the way he prepares it and constantly works to improve it. His enjoyment of the work and his commitment to making it a great experience overall. They do cans of soda rather than a fountain so you can enjoy whatever beverage you prefer and not just something between Coke and Pepsi. He’s not only put a lot of thought and effort into his recipes but into the customer service experience as well. If for some reason, you don’t enjoy it your first time around I would highly encourage going back again later as he it’s always working to improve Jack’s. Read moreThis is a hard review to write as my wife and I were looking forward to this opening so much! We love Mac and cheese and we t for lunch yesterday during their grand opening. I got their Mac and cheese brisket sandwich which was pretty good. My wife made her own and was really excited for it, but there was nowhere for us to sit. For the grand opening they decided to do a raffle drawing. Of the 6 tables they have in there, they took one up for the raffle drawing, and then a few others were taken by people who already ate and were just waiting to see if they would win a prize. Not great planning in such a small space. Because of the seating issue we took our food to go and ate at home. We don’t live super close and went on my lunch break so there was no time to go back, and when we sat down to eat we realized they had given my wife the wrong order, instead of the bowl she made, they gave her the chicken parmigiana bowl which she couldn’t eat because she’s pregnant and tomatoes make her nauseous. It also doesn’t travel well, most our food was soggy, especially the tater tots, by the time we got home.
