UPDATE: Attempted to settle this the next time I was in town and got told (again) tough luck this time because I didn't have a customer account to "prove it" despite me showing the review and speaking to the same guy from the original transaction. I don't know how I could have created an account when they've never offered it. The Google responses aren't handled by the store owner so they won't honor anything, i.e. we just wanted to speak to a manager about making it right as the response stated. The guy (manager I'm assuming) on site was honestly a huge jerk and didn't care at the loss of business. SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
ORIGINAL: The first time I went, a new employee was being trained, while I was very patient with her the person training her was rude. They also forgot to cook half our order and only did so when we asked about it. The second time I went the woman taking my order was incredibly kind, however the food was sub-par and even had hair in it. When I brought this to their attention they tried to convince me it was cheese then said nothing else after I pointed out it was black with a follicle on the end. They offered no restitution or further statements so I took my family and left.

Read moreI am upset today, on Valentines day of all days... Mountain Mikes in Spanish Fork had a promised time of 5:05 pm when I ordered through their app at 4:45 pm. I arrive at the store location at 5:07 pm and proceed to stand there for 40 minutes wondering where my pizza is. There is nothing more frustrating than watching people come in after you and leaving before you. They were probably smart and ordered before me, but came to the store later.
I ask at 5:45 pm where my order is at. She asks the back cooks and they tell her it was right there so they cut it and put it in a box and was ready to go. I asked to speak to the manager of the store. I told her I was standing there for 40 minutes and would like compensation for my time. She told me that since she's put a credit on my account before (for being 20 minutes late on that order as well...) that she was not going to help me out in anyway.
I want to ask Mountain Mikes two legitimate questions: Why do you have a promised time on your orders? (And) Why do you not back up your customers when you don't hit your standards?
I will not be going to this location anymore and will enjoy pizza from different...
Read moreThe pizza taste pretty good. However if you get the buffet, they only put out weird pizzas. Tomatoes chicken and green onion pizza?? Just put out pepperoni, or plain cheese. I understand a variety every now and then but I've been here three times now for the buffet and they always do this. They seem to put out pizza that isn't very popular. Lots of guests here and they are slow in coming out with pizzas and when they do, customers get disappointed when they see the options that come out. Spoke to a few other tables and they agreed that the toppings were weird. We waited an hour for them to put out just a plain pepperoni pizza, and they only put out half pepperoni half Hawaiian and it was gone in 2 seconds because of the guests waiting for a normal pizza. And then they proceeded to put out the green onion chicken pizza twice in a row that was pretty much untouched. We paid $15 for the buffet, and left disappointed. Id rather go to pizza pie cafe even though it's not that great but at least there they put out better...
