I will start with it's McDonald's so it wasn't like I'm trying to hold them to the highest standard. But tonight 1/30/2021 was the final time I will give this location try. I got there around 5:25. The drive through was busy, because the dining room is closed. But things were going painfully slow. I finally was next in line and an employee asked me to pull forward real close to the car that was ordering where he could block the drive through. Said that they were closing. Then I pull up, wait for what felt like forever. Then the lady working inside said that there system is down and that they are closed. I explained that the other guy told me that I would be the last one. She said there's nothing she could do about it. Then I told her that they should at least send someone out to let people know that they were closed. By this time I went from the last car to probably 6 more behind me. She told me that they didn't have time to. So I guess those poor people probably head to wait 30 plus minutes just to have to be told that they were closed. The other problem was that how their double drive through is set up, I couldn't get out. So I was stuck for another 5 or 10 minutes, because that couldn't let people know that they were closed that were in line behind us. So I couldn't pull forward it backwards. I know things happen, but the" I don't hand enough people to go outside to let everyone know we are closed. We will wait until they pull up" was not ok. I spent an hour in total for nothing. Other than since higher blood pressure. Higher than it would have been from eating there. But then not having the cars move and had me sat there for that much longer, isn't acceptable. And leaving others waiting wasn't either. Problems happen but they need have something in place. The lady was rude and didn't really seem to care at all. Awful experience. Hopefully they can get something figured out. All of this because it is what my kids wanted. Thank goodness there's a Wendy's across the street. I'm and out in minutes! Maybe they can...
Read more1st off did a curbside order for pick-up 2nd when we got there we parked in the area for curbside pick-up cked in waited 25 mins nooooo order brought out to us. 3rdly Drive around the drive through the lil boy said we are closed but to drive to 2nd window 4th drove to 2nd window showed them the order Apparently it wasn't there but the little girl at the dry through said they were really busy and forgot to bring it out to us sooo they asked us to drive to the lil yellow line and wait we did. 5thly after seeing all cars gone n prob the last ones STILL noooo food so we backed up to the window lil girl went to what we guess was night manager he brought food to us and said " sorry guess we gave it to a Door-dash person" ...hummm 1stly where did the door-dash take it..... it had no address attached to it .. guess he got free food... then said manager did apologize and gave us our food ....welllll good thing we cjed it bf driving off at the turn in area annnnd guess what order short or 4pc nuggets and 2 cheeseburgers so ONCE again we drove to 2nd window told them and the lil girl said oh and went back to the back guess the bag was there just didn't make it out the window with the order... guess someone would have had a lil dinner snack to take home... anyway it was quite an ordeal.... they need to get it together and work for their paychecks or get a whole new crew who KNOWS what they are doing...now I've wked in the fast food industry yes it can get confusing but I ran the front, made the food and the drive through myself...why u ask...because my fellow associates where goofing off in the back... but I did get the...

So my partner and I went to the gym for a swim and sesh and after a workout she decided treated herself to an ice cream cone. When I saw this cone. More importantly the unapologetic employee just said “here you go.” I was so hurt for my partner because I knew exactly how to make the cone. It’s 3 swirls and a dip. This cone was a side to side dip. This cone could only be accurately described as a flacid ice cream cone.
I almost wanted to manage the store because when I worked at McDonalds, my manager would have me remake cones until I made quality and I learned. That is a skill I never lost to this day. Every time I go to the buffet.
It does not matter who the customer. Someone should be proud of the quality that they put out in the world. If your job is to sharpen pencils. Do you know how many times I worked at McDonald’s and customers told me that I did not belong there because my quality of my work shown forth. That gave me the confidence to rise about my situation to get me to where I am now.
Anyways, instead of buying one ice cream as a good partner of course, I had to buy her another ice cream. I wish you all could have saved me some money so I could have been a repeat ice cream customer. Now I will place my order via drive through and question the ice cream qualifications then proceed with my purchase.
