Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Spartanburg

I placed an order via the Pizza Hut app for wings and a Supreme thin crust. The pizza does not resemble any of the advertising photos nor does it match the quality ingredients that I am used to getting on my pizzas. As evidenced by the pictures the wings just were not up to standard. I have ordered from this location a LOT and have never had any issues in the past. The wing most likely had the skin stuck to the side of the basket while cooking and unfortunately the basket kept that juicy morsel. I reached out to the Sales Manager and he confirmed that this was in fact what most likely did happen and that it should not have been served and that they wanted to make it right. We will see if they make it right.

Update:. The other day I tried to claim the wings and pizza that the sales manager had promised me would be on them this time. I normally order online but there is no way to claim my replacement order so I went to the store only to be told they don't know anything about it. No apology, no offer to confirm with sales manager just simply that will be $50 some odd dollars. No thank you! Pizza Hut sadly has employees that make false promises. BTW I went to Papa John's less than a mile away. Papa John's was not only cheaper but absolutely delicious. My advice is to go to Papa John's instead...

Horrible!

Tonight, I allowed the closest and most convenient restaurant to fill my growling stomach. When I should have listened to my mind and gone somewhere else!

Everyone knows that food prices have increased, but should this impact our dining experience? No! Food is too expensive to be wasted or not enjoyed.

Let's talk about this pizza. There was barely any cheese on it, and the onions were huge chunks. I might mention that this pizza was piping hot when it came through the window, and I live just 4 minutes away. There's no way if the cheese had been coated the way it should have been, that my experience would have been this way!

If this is your choice for dinner tonight, utilize this post for an informative decision for dinner. I say this because the lunch shift may not be as bad.

Our family has always enjoyed Pizza Hut food and service. Today, after a long and stressful day, we splurged, hoping to relax and enjoy a delicious Pizza Hut Pizza and breadsticks together, so we decided to try the East Main Street location in Spartanburg. To say that we are so very disappointed in the pizza and breadsticks, in every way, that we will *never visit that location again, is an understatement.
