Second time in a row now they messed up. It was way better before the remodel and new hires. I was there couple weeks ago and had my family with me. Well after being told no one was coming outside that we had to go through drive through (which took them 20mins to serve us after the order)I spent more than $30 in ice cream and both my kids were miserable. My son ordered a m&m blast and was given a large vanilla with a couple m&ms tossed on top. Nothing mixed through. My daughter had wanted a french vanilla frozen coffee ( vanilla ice cream with coffee) but they told her they dont make them and gave her an ice coffee instead. I know they make them because I used to get a hazelnut one with hazelnut drizzle on top before the remodel. She likes coffee typically but did say the coffee was yukky and I ended up having to buy a float for her also. Went there today (mar 14, 2018) again, another $30 in ice cream and all messed up. 2 orders were to bring home to family members so there was no tellin right away as we all waited to enjoy together. Had ordered a chocolate malt shake. It said malt on my ticket, no malt...zero. was a large mostly vanilla wannabe chocolate shake. Im telling you, it was not chocolate. It was lightly tinted vanilla. The member I took it home too had to squeeze chocolate syrup in it to get chocolate flavor. Ordered 2 large chocolate chip cookie dough. They were more like 2 large vanilla ice creams with about 10 pieces of cookie dough on top. Nothing past the top layer and zero chips. Huge disappointment. My husband ordered a cheesecake shake. Again was a large vanilla with crumble stuff on top. Not cheesecake flavored or anything. Also ordered the reesee blast. Again it was only toppings over vanilla...not even mixed through. Once you eat the couple pieces off the top, its a large vanilla ice cream. And what do they mean "no sprinkles/jimmies ? How do you sell icecream, floats and splits and not have any sprinkles? I cant believe Ive spent $60 here in the last couple weeks. Huge disappointment. I use to love this place. I was here 2x a week every week when they were open before the remodel. Kids use to like hanging here in the summer. I wont go back. I tried giving a second chance and they blew that too. Shame. I know the company wont care to make it right and they dont care if I dont take my family back there so Im just gonna move on to Cookout...they dont mess up...
Read moreI ordered on the mobile app and when I selected the stall that I was at, it said that there was an error and that I needed to push the red button to notify them that I was there. So I did and told the worker that answered that we were there and which order we had he said then that it would be out in a couple of minutes. After 45 minutes if waiting, I pressed the button again and asked where our food was, to which they responded that we had not checked into the stall to let them know that we were there. I then let them know that I had already informed them 45 minutes ago that the app didn't work right and that we had already spoken to them. So after a few more minutes, they came out with our food which was only half of what we ordered and 2 melted milk shakes. Not to mention that they had not brought our blast due to the machine not working (so I guess they were just going to not include it) which they substituted it for a shake after I asked where it was. I had to push the button a third time to inform that they had left out our food and asked for marinara to go with our cheese sticks as well as some ranch. None of which was brought out originally. They brought it out finally and still forgot some sauces. Once we finally made it home I realized that they had also shorted us some tater tots still.

Read moreThis is the first time in my life I’ve had to talk to someone’s manager. Today I went to the drive thru, which wasn’t working. We pulled around to order at the window and everything seemed fine at first. After paying, we waited a half hour at the window with zero acknowledgement from the cashier. Within that half hour, he went to three separate cars behind us, took their orders and payment, and delivered their food. I knocked on the window to ask if something was wrong and why those cars were getting served first, and he told me their orders were shorter. I only had two sandwiches! In the half hour it took to serve all those other people they absolutely could have made my two sandwiches. He then told me my son’s burger has been ready, but mine was being cooked. I asked how long his had been ready because I was worried about it going cold and he rolled his eyes at me and told me it wasn’t a problem. When he shut the window, he shouted to the rest of the staff that I needed to calm down if I wanted my food. When I spoke to his manager she gave me a story about the other orders being door dash (doesn’t seem likely since I saw him take payment from them) but that those orders get made first regardless.
