Arby's — Restaurant in Spearfish

The messed up my order pretty big did not correct It doesn't matter though I will still be going back to eat. Their shake machine keeps going down, the link you provide for feedback is broken. You also don't have the right sandwiches listed in the review portion. I know it's a pain in the neck to setup a business I had to do it too but it's a must. On 04/18 you lost all credibility. While your shake machine was working this time, What i ordered is not what i got and I was the only one in line at the time, it took 8 minutes, and the order was for 2 half pound roast beef sandwiches and a chocolate shake since your machine is back to working. When explained to the gentleman at the windows he snaps back at me saying this is what i ordered. I have not changed my order in 10 years. I am Military and I am extremely precise when i order anything. Had the gentlemen been under my command he would have been pulling some serious pushups for his attitude. I ordered 2 Half Pounder Roast beef sandwiches with a dab of cheddar sauce. This is my order every time unless i am in the mood for chicken. The link you provided for the feedback does not work. Tried to order at the drive up awhile ago. Guy couldn't hear us, even though I was speaking loud and clear, so we had to pull around and wait behind another car who was already waiting at the window. Waited about ten minutes. Finally got to the window and had to repeat everything all over and then wait while it was being fixed. Asked to have our shakes put in a sack. (We like to transport the drinks in a bag until we get home) After repeating the whole order several times to him, hincluding requesting the shakes be put in a bag, he seemed not to understand, but made a smart elic remark about how they DO come in bags. Eventually, the guy came back with our shakes and started to hand them out of the window (not in a bag). I, once again told him that we wanted them in a sack. He just looked stupified and said he couldn't do that. That was enough for me and we drove off to Burger King. Never going back. We'll drive to Sturgis to get Arbys...

Very disappointed in Arby's tonight. I drove up to the drive through and saw four workers outside smoking cigarets. I continued through the drive through to hear a mans voice mimicking that of a Middle Easterner. I asked for the roasted turkey bacon wrap, he asked what number on the menu my order was... It is the only wrap on the menu. Its number 14. I went up to the window to pay my bill, $7.83 he says, in his half assed Middle Eastern accent. He was clearly not Middle Eastern. His fake, supposed to be comical accent was disrespectful and unprofessional. I find it disgusting that he thought it was funny. After all that, my order was not correct, I specifically asked for the wrap, but I ended up with the sandwich. I will not be going back to this Arby's, as there staff are...
