Whoever the gentle man with the glasses, who was working July 8th 2024 (date added for context so the manager will know who it was) at eleven thirty Complained to us that we had ordered food too late in the night and that it was inappropriate that we were keeping him there, making food when he should be counting his till instead and getting ready to go home. He said we were annoying for doing so and seemed like he was very upset that he had to cook our order. And then proceeded to sit there and argue with us about it. I tried pointing out that other ppl have different schedules and i had also just gotten of work myself. We told him.that he shouldnt talk negatively about his customers or jobs in front of guests to which he said "We misinterpreted him being disrespectful and he really wasn't, he was just saying" He had an extremely negative attitude the entire time we were there. Don't get me wrong.The food was good , but the Service sucked and for us being "the only order this late" it took a very long time aswell. I also works in the service industry. Read moreOrdered a taco pizza and small order of wings for carry out. Was told 30-35 minutes. Ordered Sunday at 6 pm. Arrived at 6:34, told them name of order, employee said it would be a few minutes. Finally got meal at 7:04. Got home, we received pizza the wrong pizza, and the pizza we had had been sitting so long the pizza grease had already congealed in the box. I called back to inform them, I was told they had no idea where our pizza was, I asked for a refund of our order. They said they will give me a 20 dollar credit the next time I order, I said no, I want my purchase refunded. They agreed to refund the pizza but not the wings, I agreed beacá use I did receive the wings. However the wings were cold and extremely rubbery. Clearly our meal was forgotten about as I was waiting in the lobby for 30 minutes. Read moreI am the hugest Domino's fan. Since I was little I always said it would be my final meal in life if I could pick. This was brutal. I got it delivered to the hotel I stayed at. I was iffy about ordering it because I spent enough money for a hotel and I didn't know if I would eat it all. Well I was write about that. I couldn't finish one piece. The pizza was wet. WET. It wasn't from watery toppings being placed over the cheese, either. I worked at a pizza parlor for 3 years in high school. I ordered the pizza at 11:40 and they closed at 12. I realized this after I received the pizza. Regardless of me ordering shortly before close, I know one thing to be sure after my years with dough. This is that they shut their ovens off and or allowed them to start cooling while the pizzas were supposed to cook in hot temperature.
