So... I love Arby's, usually, but I don't eat there too often because 1) I just hardly ever eat fast food period and 2) well, we're all thinking it right? They can be purdy dang expensive, I mean, $36.20 for 2 meals (1 med size with a med milkshake replacing the soft drink, & 1 large sized) at a "fast food" restaurant!?! But, usually worth it to me mainly because it's different and a step up from the typical hamburgers and such at other fat food joints... (Woops, fast food lol). Plus, in the past I've always received such great customer service, the employees are usually really nice and have always gotten my order exactly right, the food is the right temperature and of course oh so good! Unfortunately, this time the employee was rude and condescending to my boyfriend. He seriously was making fun of him for having a one time slip up and mistakenly calling an Arby's sandwich an Arby's burger. Then, after we were handed our bags of food at the drive thru window, we patiently waited for our drinks for about 5&1/2 fricken minutes! Only to be greeted by a different employee who clearly shared the same misery and discourteous attitude as the first (jerk) employee! She threw the window open and nastily spit out, "UH, is there a reason you're still sitting there, like, what is it that you need?" Lol we stayed calm and politely replied, "our drinks please, a cinnamon caramel milkshake and root beer, thank you"! Of course on top of all of that, my curly fries were definitely old and ridiculously cold, and my boyfriends fries were Way overly salted, which is a silent confession of old @$$ fries AKA lazy employees! Needless to say that particular visit to Arby's in downtown Spokane was especially disappointing. However, that experience won't prevent me from ever eating at Arby's again, but it will have me question which location I'll go to next time. P.S the answer will not be the downtown location! If you made it this far thanks for taking the time to reading my novel...
Read moreOk so we came through the drive through literally stating we wanted a French Dip Meal Large Sized with Curly Fries and Dr. Pepper light ice and a Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich with Crinkle Cut fries because I can eat curly fries and a Large Strawberry Lemonade with a cup of cheese sauce. We paid are handed our order leave having to come back because we didn't get Crinkle Cut Fries. We get home, I bite into what's supposed to be a chicken bacon ranch bit it's spicy. So I open my sandwich and it's made with spicy brown mustard. I call the store yet again and am told, I don't know what to tell you because it was rang up as a turkey sandwich which has spicy brown mustard on it. We also received a Diet Dr. Pepper... I asked why if I stated I couldn't eat seasoned curly fries, why would I get something with spicy brown mustard... great wasted money because now it gets thrown in the garbage because staff at this store don't pay attention to what the customer wants.... plus cashier who we call game show dude, is most annoying and with these 2 things I don't want to ever come back to this...
Read moreIf I have to say anything it's the place was clean. I recently placed a work order for several of us. Two loaded chicken bacon ranch fries, two chicken bacon ranch sandwiches and 6 gyros. Everything but the years was placed online. I showed up 20 minutes early to place the to go order for the gyros. I was one of the first walk in customers. The young lady working the register was rude. tried to tack on an additional 20.00 because she couldn't understand that I'd already paid for the online order and this was an additional pick up. I got my food and work wasn't even 5 minutes away. Every thing we ordered was cold ( hot food should be hot ) chicken was stale, gyros seemed like they were a day old at best and cold to the touch, the burgers soggy and chicken was hard and cold. Almost a total of a 50.00 order even with a coupon and that's the quality of service we got? Beyond upset and annoyed as were my co workers that we got what felt and tasted like a cold order that'd been sitting in the walk in for 24 hours, and just placed in a warm bag. Just flat out a nasty and...
