The employee was disgruntled over the new girl closing the night before and was rude. I then give her my stamp card ( obviously I'm a frequent enough costumer) for the coffee which contained enough for a free one. I always get the largest drink they offer (24oz) and she told me I can only redeem for free if it's the same size I always get. I told her it was the same I always get. If it was such a big deal, they would put a spot on the stamp card indicating every size of drink that is purchased through out the term of the card. Let's use the full potential of the brain please. The girls are 5/5 friendly. However, I have to say this is the worse americano I've ever drank. They measure their milk product before they pour in their ice. Which means you have a 2 shot drink full of straight heavy cream. I went back to the hotel, dumped out cream and added some water just to make it actually drinkable. My fiance, who does not like coffee - drank it and asked where the milkshake came from. Soooo, I would say if you actually like coffee. This is probably not the place. But if you value flavoring, and extra sweet drinks over coffee. This would be the place. The only other thing I would say, is a large drink should at least come with 2 shots. update owner made right. Great business and awesome response time. Iloved Brew Bros before today. Went there today and ordered a 24 ozs lotus and 2 cups 24 ozs of water with flavor. Now I know the flavor for the water and the cup isn't free but tell me how those 3 drinks were 14.54. When she told me the price I should have just said never mind but she had already made the drinks. I have never spent almost 15 on 3 drinks that 2 of them were flavored water. The most I have ever spent on a lotus is $6 and that was for a 32oz. Even if my 24oz drink was $6 that means the 2 other drinks were $4.27 a piece for flavored water. Wont...
