I have all loved getting thungs form Mor. The seals rep Doug that I work with is amazing. He has all been there to help me out and has also made sure I get an amazing deal. If I have any problem u jusy let him know and he will find a way to help. But with that being siad the last two time i have had a BAD experience with delivery service. This last one being the worst of them all. It all started when I go a phone call a week and a half befor my delivery was to take place they wanted to let me know that I was not going to get it that weekend. So I was okay with that. They let me know before hand all was good but then after that call the rep I talked with much havr take my name off the list or something. So when I come time for me to get my delivery, that I had confirmed with the rep before hand. It looks like I never got placed on the delivery schedule. When I found this out I was mad. I had got my place all ready to go and even had a friend coming to help me out. So not only was my time wasted there was too. I had only found out that there was a mistake in my delivery because I called to see I could get an ETA. That is when I notice that something was wrong. So I got on the phone with a rep in customer service and they told me that they would look in to what happened and they would call me but in a few about an hour if not more had passed and I had not got a phone call so I called back. At throat point I wanted a supervisor to help me out. So one was placed on the phone. He was not able to give me any answers to what happens all he could doe is see if they could schedule another time for me. Will I work Monday-Friday. So it hard for me to get anything during the week and since I had already got my place all ready to go and thing were already gone I was left with out. I had to wait 4 day to get the thing I had oreded. Yes they upgraded the delivery but for someone like me I don't like living in chaos. All I wanted was for some to take ownership of what had happend. And that was never done. I'm glad I was able to go in and talk to my sales rep Doug so he was very helpful. But if it was not for him I would have cancelled my order and taking my business elsewhere. But now I know for the future that if I order anything I will just have to rent a truck and pick it up my self, or not my stuff at Mor. Oh and also the 2 to Delivery men that dropped my stuff...
   Read moreThey should be called Less Furniture for Mor! Horrible, horrible company. The salesman we dealt with lied to us about 3 different aspects of the furniture set we purchased. When trying to contact the company to get an explanation, it is impossible to actually talk to someone at out local store over the phone or corporate. The only way they communicate is through text and even then you may be waiting DAYS for a response.
So not only weâre we lied to be a salesman that is suddenly no longer with the company, we were also given defective furniture and had to endure 3 different days of there 4 hour windows for deliveries. Mor told us that once we were âhappyâ with the furniture we could discuss compensation for all the lies and trouble we went through. We spent $4200 on the set. Most of the lies we were told stemmed around the center consoles looks and capabilities( he told me the usb console wouldnât have the plastic tray circled and that the cup holders would still be electric, both untrue) I figured a fair compensation would be a refund for the amount of the center console or $500. Of course this cheap company would not do thatâŚguess what they offered, yep, $100 in store creditđ Like after all theyâve put us through over the last month we want to buy anything else from them. He also said the couch and love seat would each only have 1 cord to plug in, the couch has 2 and the loveseat has 3.
Bottom line, they will lie through their teeth to make a sale. Give you shoddy, furniture with poor craftsmanship. Do absolutely nothing to make sure their customers are taken care of and youâll have no way of actually talking to someone on the phone without jumping through multiple hoops first.
I should have known not to deal with a large corporation like Mor, learn from my mistakes, shop at a local store that cares about the customers and business.

   Read moreDo not go to this store at any cost. My family bought a house and moved in the 1st week of June. We visited this store the first time about 2 weeks prior, in mid May. We purchased a loveseat, couch, bed frame, mattress, and box springs that day, over $5k. Weeks later we recieved the 2 recliners that make the loveseat, but not the cehter console. A few weeks later we got the mattress. A few more weeks later we got the bed frame. Then after even more time we had to pick up the box springs even though we paid for delivery otherwise it would have been 3 more weeks. We are still waiting on almost half the order over 2 months later. We were told we would have it all in 2 deliveries in about 2 months but when we went in again they told us we still have at minimum another month on the couch. All the deliveries have been extremely unprofessional. Hours late, breaking items in my house, scuffing paint, shoddy work (my bed frame was put together bad enough I see the joints and the drawers don't slide well) and not returning furniture they moved to its place. One even sweated all over the bed frame and didn't even wipe it up! We visited the store several times only to hear there's nothing they can do. Their phone service is completely automated and was no help. Now we've recieved the 1st bill, only to have over a $100 late charge! The person on the phone said there was nothing they could do unless we paid it in full TODAY, then they could credit it back. WHAT A JOKE. We will NEVER shop here again and I encourage no one...
