So I go here a lot. The experience is always so-so. Today, however it was awful. The line was horrendous and basically at a standstill when we arrived. However, we did come later in the evening and they were busy so we weren't upset with waiting. We get to the microphone and the guy (his name is Phoenix) rudely takes our order this didn't bug us that much because he's never been particularly nice to us in the half dozen times we've been there. So we get to the front window and the sweet young women at the window (I think her name is Sky) asks us if we had the large drink order. We reply that we only had 2 drinks. Sky seemed confused and couldn't find our order. She asks us who took the order. My friend replies that Pheonix took our order (she saw the name tag). Sky then retakes our order, we pay and Sky let's us know that the drinks will be a few minutes. Again we weren't upset because things happen and it wasn't that big of a deal. She heads into the back and when she walks back to the window Pheonix is with her. He says that he didn't take the order, so she opens the window and ask us who took the order. When we respond that it was indeed him. He starts loosing it saying if he took the order then it would have been in the order history. Pheonix denies he made any mistake. I wasn't upset about the wait, about our order missing, but I am really upset by the behavior. I wasn't even expecting an apology but to deny and blame everyone around him was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Anyways we get our drinks and leave. At this point I can't find my toppings in the shake so we drive around hit the call button at the kiosk and guess who answers. Just then I find the toppings they were skimpy and towards the bottom of the large shake. I try to tell my friend really quick so she asks Pheonix for a moment and he yells maybe try hitting the call button when your actually ready next time and clicks off the line. So I tell my friend not to worry that I found the toppings let's just go. As we are driving away we here screaming from inside the restaurant. I can honestly say that this was an extremely unprofessional, disrespectful, and disconcerting incident. I think Pheonix should probably be fired . . . But I know that I won't be going there when...
Read moreHorrible service at this sonic. Quite literally have never been to a worse location for any food establishment. Extremely rude and disrespectful staff. On a busy Friday night we had a mobile order and drove around the parking lot for 10-15 minutes looking for a stall but none were open and everytime one opened someone would steal it before we could get to it. We got in line for the drive thru which was a line of 10+ cars and when we got to where you order we explained the situation and the girl continued to be snarky and disrespectful and rude in raising her voice at us and said they can’t do mobile orders in the drive thru even tho the food is already ordered and paid for and all they have to do is hand it to us. We explained that we usually would have no problem going to a stall but that it’s impossible right now with how busy they are and she kept raising her voice and interrupting us. I understand you have policies and I respect it but I’ve gone to SEVERAL different locations and I always mobile order and have never had an issue picking it up at the drive thru but especially in a situation like this when there is no chance of us being able to get a stall and we already paid we should be able to have alternative options to get out order. I would love to speak to either corporate about this or the franchise owner because treating your customers the way she did and speaking to them in that tone is so disrespectful. The last 2x i visited was late the sign of problems was when i pulled up to order.. the guy was prompt asking for my order. I told him it will be a moment. Then as if i didnt say anything he asked again. I told him it will be moment then i was ready to order.. he never got back on to take my order no one did. I would sit there a good 5+ mins. Asking for help! There were 4 or 5 cars in front of me. 3 cars that pulled behind me drove off. I went & got behind the last car in front of me. And explained it to cashier she told me she could take my order now. I wouldnt trust you guys to cook my food. After that. I drove off. For some reason i thought tonight maybe different people working. So as i pull up to order guy comes on asks fir order then its like he dropped the mike.. then says they are no longer accepting orders at drive through so i go to stall & i go to order & girl gets on saying theyre no longer doing stall orders.. explain what was said to me & she says there no longer accepting stall orders. I drive off. This is so nuts.. i cant imagine the money these kids you have working for you at night are costing you.. do you not have management there? If you got employees to treat people like that or your business.. i cant imagine all the crap they pull.. theyre to make people their food. ??? I would rate it a zero star if i could.
