Hot Toddy's — Restaurant in Spokane

Food when I got it was crazy last time. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese and the entire top of the croissant was in the bottom of the bag cheese everywhere. Had a bleach blonde white hair on the edge of the bag covered in cheese. My iced coffee wasn't even cold I had to shake it after the ice melted some to get it cold. THEN.. my order was 13.62 and they asked if I wanted to tip and if I wanted to sign or if they could sign it (I always tip no matter what) and I've never had an issue with them doing it, I told them to round it up to 15$. When using a card it takes a couple days for the tip to process and here it is 2 days later and I was charged a total of 15.66$. I said to round up to 15$... it's 0.70$ I'm not really tripping on that but after EVERYTHING yeah I am. Will not be returning. UPDATE: Read some of the reviews, don't let them sign for you! Seen someone else before me had this same issue with them skimming...

So typically I have no complaints about your guys coffee it's always amazing. And I normally don't complain about things like this either and if I wasn't doing keto I wouldn't be complaining but I asked for a 20 oz iced Americano with sugar free caramel sauce and cream. You guys gave me regular caramel sauce. Now like I said I normally don't complain about this type of thing but since I've been on keto I've been trying to watch what I drink and eat. I ended up just throwing the drink away And didn't have time to turn around and get another. I completely get it can get busy and It's easy to lose track but please Next time focus on the customer's drink instead of just trying to make it and get through it. I really like this stand. The girls are all super kind, nice and sweet, not standoffish at all! I usually get a latte and will not go back to a stand that serves me a burnt shot. I have only had perfect roasted creamy shots from Hot Toddy’s. They have NEVER given me a burnt coffee. They do have alternative milk ( I get oat milk). I also like the flavor options available and that they serve lotus. I like the flavor combos they provide for lotus, I just got one with OJ and it was soooo good. I also like they serve sandwiches and have some meal items. I hate coffee shops that only have pastry and protein pucks. Hot Toddy’s has sandwiches and burritos (I think for the burrito).
