Lucky's Bar — Restaurant in Spokane

James is the best bartender ever!! I’d highly recommend checking Luckys Pub for good drinks made by Spokane’s best bartenders including James, Carlos, and Anja! Duh! They’re always slanging drinks with a smile + they’re always down to talk. The upstairs has a pool table, small arcade bar, and darts. It’s a standard dive bar in downtown SPO but the food is great with optional pull tabs. As a bartender myself, don’t forget to tip the staff! They work hard! And play harder! Sometimes they have DJ’s perform if the touch tunes isn’t your style but it’s always a pleasure to walk into the bar. The staff is amazing + the food is immaculate!

P.S.: don’t listen to the fear mongers on KXLY about the “shady people” in downtown Spokane. It’s like that anywhere + they don’t bother you if you don’t bother them.

This place seems really popular and is packed every time I've come, Which is usually on weekends after 9pm, so pretty similar to other bars in the downtown area. Personally, I am not a fan of cramped spaces which is why we avoid downtown. The lower stars is actually because the last time I was there the dj was yelling at some lady and stopped all the music to call her out on being drunk and obnoxious (which she was) and the whole thing started a fight that got pushed out onto the street. If you are looking for a low-key place to hang out and let loose this is probably not it. If you are into crowds and the possibility for some action, then this is the place. The bartenders were on top of it, drinks were good and prices were pretty...

The new door guy, I think his name is neo, I’m sorry if I got the name wrong!!! He is an absolute sweetheart, everytime I come to Luckys I feel safe on the days he is there, I ran into him a few times on days that he isn’t working and it always makes me feel comfortable to see he is present given Luckys reputation in the past, he is very considerate of female customers and he is always checking in with me to make sure I’m having a good time, NEO IF YOU SEE THIS KEEP BEING YOU AND STOP WORRYING SO MUCH!!!! You’re a fantastic guy and you’re good at your job!!!! I look forward to coming back with friends knowing you’re gonna look...
