The manager, Shanell, at this location is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I was blown away at her terrible customer service skills, and her horrid social skills in general. The fact that she still has a job baffles me. My sister went in, and Shanell accidentally put the wrong veggies on her sandwich. When my sister brought this to her attention, instead of remaking her sandwich the correct way, she said "Well, I hope whoever is going to eat this sandwich likes those vegetables." My sister, being too shy to stand up for herself, paid for the sandwich and threw it in the garbage. After my sister told me what happened, I went back to the Subway, and a very nice young man was helping me. I politely told him what happened, and that I needed the correct sandwich made. He remembered my sister coming in, and said of course he would make a new one. Shanell stepped in to take over half way through, and he explained to her that he was remaking my sister's sandwich. Shanell said right in front of me, "Oh you mean the sandwich that she messed up? I didn't do anything wrong. It wasn't my fault. She is the one who messed it up." I then spoke up and said, "you could have offered to fix it for her." She finished making the sandwich, and when she was done, she told me how much money I owed her. I was shocked, and said "I am not paying for that." She grabbed the sandwich, and said I am not giving you a free sandwich. Your sister messed up her own sandwich, and if you want this one, you can pay for it. She said this all in the most nasty voice. I asked to speak with the manager, and she said she was the manager, so I asked who was above her. She went in the back and wrote down her supervisor, Mike's number. She then said, "Trust me, I will be calling him myself right now." I asked her if I could speak with him while she had him on the phone, and she said, "You can call him from your own phone when you leave." I left, and called Mike. He didn't answer the phone, so I left him a message saying that I had a terrible experience with his manager, and to please call me back. He never returned my phone call. I have never been treated so terribly in my life. I will not be returning to this Subway, and will be taking this to the Subway Corporation. I strongly hope that this manager is let go, and is replaced with someone who will give them...
Read moreI went into the store today and ordered 2 ft longs two dippers and two drinks. Summer had messed up the first sandwich, I told her it was incorrect she remade it. When we got the sandwiches finally to the table with the drinks the bread was rock solid. Didn't want to bug her she had other customers and still hadn't gotten the two dippers that I ordered so we patiently waited. We waited for her to fill the other orders before doing the dippers. When we finally got them they were incorrect I went up she said that she had only charged me for one of them even though that is not what I ordered. At this point I told her that I would just like a refund cuz we had been there so long for the dippers she informed me that she could not refund me that she had to call her manager. Her manager Sonja got back to her and told her that I would have to wait an hour to get a refund on those dippers. I informed her if I had to wait an hour or come back to the store for a refund that she should refund my whole order. Manager Sonia said absolutely not that I could wait an hour get refund for the dippers. I called and I asked for the higher up her supervisor manager Aubrey she would not give me any info or email in order for me to contact him. She tells me that he said that she could refund me for the dippers. The staff the manager I've never had such a bad experience at anywhere I've ever gone or been treated so poorly. And on that note has anyone ever been told you have to come back or wait an hour for a refund. Not to mention I loved hearing the staff in the manager talk so poorly about me when they set the phone down. So according to Sonia the owners or higher-ups do not want to know or care what's happening in that store. I will never go back there...
Read moreWhere do I even start with this review? Let's see, ordered online 2 sandwiches one for me one for my husband. Ordered both and paid for double meat on both sandwiches. Went to pick them up, didn't think about checking to make sure they were right becuz I've never had a problem with this store before so I get home sit down to eat and I open my chicken sandwich and I don't see any meat I'm like well that's weird so I look at my husbands steak and cheese and there's also no meat just veggies on his as well. Ok so I look at the receipt and everything is right except for the meat. Drive back to the subway wait 10 hours in line, tell the dumb ass working that there is 0 meat on either of the sandwiches in which case he wants to argue with me. He then opens one sandwich up and shows me that there was line 2 pieces of chicken on it, which ok I'll give him credit there was some meat but I ordered a paid for double meat on both sandwiches. He tells me no you didn't there's no proof you paid for double meat on your receipt. So i pull up the receipt on my email and show him that I clearly paid for double meat on both. So I tell him ok I want my money hack. He tells me I can't give you your money back becuz I was right about there being meat on the sandwiches. I told him its state law he has to give me my money back. So finally after calling his boss and talking to her for 5 hours I get my money back. I am never going back to this subway ever again. There a million more to go to near me. I would advise everyone else to stear clear of this...
