I could be starving to death in front of this location and not step foot inside to purchase anything from them EVER again. Let me start by saying, i have loved Marco’s since moving to vegas in ā€˜17. Is it gourmet? absolutely not but it gets the job done in a house with 5 kids. So we order often. Typically the guys that answer are extremely pleasant and tonight was no different. The pizzas are always a toss up on getting your order correct or not but hell it’s cheap so I’ll take that chance most times. Tonight though i was kind of fed up with wasting my money. I placed an order online. Everything looked good but as soon as the website got my coins, the receipt screen loaded big as day. NO PIZZA SAUCE included in my pizzas description. EVERYONE I KNOW KNOWS THIS LOCATION HATESSSS TO PUT SAUCE ON THEIR PIZZAS WHICH MEANS YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR DOUBLE TO GET A REGULAR AMOUNT. I called that exact same moment because i knew they’d make it pretty fast. A guy answered. I told him what happened and he placed me on hold while he ā€œwent to get a computerā€ almost 10 minutes later the phone starts ringing as if i dialed them up again and CLICK. He hangs up on me. So I called back and got put on hold another 5 minutes. So i called back AGAIN and got the young man who put me on hold for the 5 minutes. He apologized we laughed about it because honestly i don’t think he meant to hang up the second time like the first guy by the way he continuously apologized. He then told me he seen the error on my receipt and he knew there wasn’t any sauce put on it and since the order was placed 15 minutes prior, it had already left the building. Again, I’m exhausted yet still exhibiting patience, he then told me to call back after the pizza arrived in 30 and to check it out. If i didn’t like it or it had no sauce let him know. He would send another out. Pizza arrives, NOT how i wanted it. I called back to let him know. He then hands the phone to the absolute most sarcastic, condescending, and out right most disrespectful ā€œgeneral managerā€ who is nameless because she not only talked to me with the MOST disgusting tone to appear as if she was being nice. I explain to her the situation over and over. All she wanted to talk about was the receipt and what it said when i was explaining to her what was also NOT ON THE PIZZA. She hung up on me as i was trying to explain it to her for the 4th time. Did not call back so i called her back. She stated ā€œoh man i didn’t mean to hang up on youā€ in the most sarcastic way I’ve ever heard it. In anger, She offers $10 on my next order and to return the pizza. I said no because that’s not what i was told what would happen. She then said she would send pizza in ā€œ25 to 30 minutesā€. So i have to wait 30 minutes and wait for it to be delivered? Umm NO. I told her i would just come to the location. At that point I was pissed. So i told myself me going up there would not be a great idea for us both. So i called back to just get her supervisors number or email. She refused to give me her name. She laughed when i asked for a corporate number then said ā€œThere’s no point in calling corporate, we’re a franchiseā€. I then asked for her supervisors information. Her reply was ā€œi am the general managerā€. I then asked for her boss or the owners number. Laughing again, she says ā€œI’m not giving you thatā€. This lady made a bigger situation out of something so easily fixable. Then she says ā€œI’m trying to find you a solutionā€ sarcastically again of course. When she just wanted to argue. It must be very easy to get promoted at this location. She shouldn’t be working with anyone in the public EVEN AT A PIZZA PLACE. She was so rude, i will be there every single day until i speak to her boss. I live that close. Do with this information as you will. I personally would rather pay more for better service at this point because i guess you really do get what you pay for.

Food is always good (although I dont like their mushrooms since they taste like they're from a can or jar, not fresh). Whenever I pick up my food they always are friendly and show me everything to ensure it looks good and is correct. The only thing that bothers me is that their drivers always park in front of the store and take up all the close spaces. There are not too many spaces close to the door plus 2 or 3 are handicapped spaces so I feel like those should be for customers and not employees. Not something I would take a star away for, but something management should be aware of.

Let me start by saying Marco's might be one of my favorite pizzas. I have ordered here multiple times. Recently was the first and only time that I had a less than great experience,not enough cheese and uneven everywhere. Old world pepperoni is awesome. Good quality bread and cheese. I'll post a pic of the recent pizza I had. Mind you, only time but even if I had checked it before I left back home I didn't have the ti to wait for another.

I’ve been going to this location for months now and never mentioned when I ordered, not one time ā€œthe deal for a medium size pepperoni pizzaā€ for $8.99 and always got my pizzas for $8.99. But for some reason today when I had my kid go inside and order himself a pizza they wanna charge him $12.72 for a small. And when I called to verify this information the woman’s response was ā€œif you don’t mention the deal we don’t give it to youā€, No empathy or nothing. And again I have never mentioned that amount before and always got it for 8.99! I can only assume y’all saw a minor come in and wanted to milk him for his money because when I called YOU ALREADY KNEW WHO I WAS AND THE VERY SPECIFIC AMOUNT YOU CHARGED MY SON even though my question was how much is a small pizza? You could at least have apologized for taking advantage of my kid who clearly had...

ADORE this location's staff and food quality but by complaint is with the brand and franchise owners specifically. Really disgusted with Marco's hiking the prices on their entire menu as of a few days ago yet again. Every business in town has already done this since the pandemic and they have always been priced higher than any other pizza chain in town per the variety/"gourmet" factor but now is absurd. The same $13.99 personal cauliflower pizza I ordered just last week is now $20 pre tax on Doordash and $18 pre delivery through them directly. How they plan to stay open price gauging long time customers is beyond me but good luck trying to get away with it as I will no longer be a customer paying $20 for a personal pizza as if I am dining on the strip.
