Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Spring Valley

If zero stars was an option that’s what I’d give I’ve been going to this Pizza Hut over 20 years since I was a kid and let me tell you my last 2 experiences were the absolute worst order on the app both times app say ready after almost 20 minutes understandable get notification that my orders ready get to the door about 5 customers inside and the absolute rudest person at the register Brittany claims management (biggest mistake for pizza brand) I tell her my name and she says oh your after another guest goes in the back and I wait looking around trash all over the floor the guest food in the warmer opened which draws a red flag to me she comes and tells me and the other guest that our food is going in now I ask for a refund she slammers drawer and starts tearing paper she then says I need your cc I Advice I don’t have with me but will be back as I live 2 min from establishment however I get back and she say I cancelled order I state I’d like a refund on my cc with receipt she thrashed through papers I ask her name as she wiped the top of her shirt where name tag should be and says Brittany I am absolutely disappointed In my neighborhood Pizza Hut and will no longer order from this location the hiring manager should be ashamed of this location 2 separate unpleasant experience shame on this location Pizza Hut should be disappointed in this location as it was extremely dirty and the most inappropriate...

Once again, another stellar performance by this Pizza Hut. Months ago I ordered a pizza and waited almost 2 hours. I called them to ask what was up and they simply said, "oops sorry, you'll have it in 45 mins". Fast forward to tonight when I figured I would give them another shot. The driver accidentally had someone else sign for my delivery. He told me i could scratch it out and do it again. And to top it all off he delivered the wrong pizza. I called the store and explained to them what happened and asked for the pizza I ordered to be delivered. They only halfway got their 2nd attempt right. A Large pepperoni pizza with the hut flavoring on the crust. 3 items needed in this pizza to nail it. And they couldnt even add the hut flavoring. At this point i figured it was a mute point and a waste of my time over this small element of my order. SO TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO ORDER PIZZA. Order from dominos. This store should do everyone a favor and just close its doors. Who knows how much money they lose because they have to remake pizzas time and time again. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS...

Worst experience I have ever had at a Pizza Hut. Placed an order online that stated 40 to 50 minutes for delivery. After the order was placed received a phone call from the store about five minutes later asking me if it's okay for a 3 hour delivery time frame. Express that this was completely unacceptable, and that I would pick my order up. When I arrive to their location all you hear is yelling and screaming and arguing coming from the back of the store from the manager. Stood in the front of the store for 5 minutes before anybody help me. They do not appreciate their customers they do not care about anything would never go here again. To top it all off, after reviewing my credit card statement it looks like they wrote a tip on there even though I did not do so in the amount of $5. This place is a joke do not pay with credit card here do not even go here do not waste your time this place does not know how to conduct business I will dispute the entire charge now. And this was all over a $5 tip that was not authorized after the experience I received they don't even deserve...
