For this Bar and Grilll to be labeled best happy hour of 2020, 2021, with best wings in the title, it had to be just a bad night, which is unfortunate because when you win A title like that, then whatever you guys did to win that title you have to continue to do consistently night and at night out. We are from Seattle and we’re looking for some wings in Las Vegas to enjoy on our way back to our room after a long day. we were close to PTS and it said you guys had the “best wings” and I love wings so we stopped in for a try. we were soon very disappointment that we stopped. The wings were very dry (and I like my wings had a little extra cooked and crispy but these were un edible), we had the Korean barbecue (extremely salty) the habanero mango (solid flavor and a nice kick to them) and the lemon pepper wings, an extra order of fries and some chicken tenders, The chicken tenders were like hockey pucks (they were for my son) and clunked when they were tossed back into the box. ( these descriptions are not exaggerations and/or meant to be insulting). The best thing about this meal was the fries and the blue cheese sauce for the wings that we ordered. I tried to call back multiple times and there was no answer and we’re about 30 minutes away and Not even about to turn around and go back. we were in around 1130 on Saturday the 15th of October. It says you operate under the umbrella of 60 different taverns well I really hope that you guys are not all following the same recipe. I know cooks have good days and bad but when u have “best happy hour”, “best wings” etc… like that in the title you better make sure it can be substantiated and not just a “plaque on the wall of past achievements” that y’all are hanging onto like an old washed up football player constantly telling the story of Polk high and the 3 touchdowns he once scored in a game…. I was trying to post the pictures I have to substantiate my review but...
Read moreWe went to 4 local bars during the Super Bowl, and this bar was by far the worst. The bartenders were miserable (with the exception of the one male bartender Jesse, who was polite and professional). The main female bartender serving us was rude and appeared as if she was irritated by every customer. This was our second bar during the Super Bowl, so as we sat at the bar to play on the poker machine, we asked if there was any benefit for playing toward our drinks since we saw the sign that notified us we can’t sit there unless we play. She stated we receive 1 free drink per $20 spent on the machines. I first played a $20 bill, and then played a $100 bill, and my partner played 3 $20 bills. Before we ordered food, and ordered another round of drinks we’d decided to confirm how many drinks we had remaining to ensure they were tracking how much we’d spent on our machines, but were told (by a very irritated bartender) we had already been served all our “free” drinks and the next ordered would be the first “charged”. By that time I had been served 3, and my partner had been served 4. When we asked again if the free drink per $20 applied, she again just stated we had no more “free” remaining, and said all my free drinks had been served to my partner. We left. If you’re looking for a friendly and kind atmosphere, I’d highly suggest either Griff’s or Moondoggies. Both these other bars were fairly priced with outstanding customer service, and very friendly clientele.
Almost forgot to mention my partner informed the bartender the men’s restroom had a serious issue involving a customer passed out and a large amount of vomit that was difficult to avoid throughout the stalls. She looked at him like he was the problem for notifying her. The next time he tried to use the bathroom, the problem had not...
Read moreMy friend and I came here on a Wednesday night, May 22nd to be exact. It was both of ours first time. We sat at the bar first to get a drink took the bartender like maybe 5 minutes to get to us, really nice blonde, didn't give her name. Got our drink and some balls to shoot some pool. She took my friends card for the tab and so the waitress can make her round to us to take our order as we were hungry and wanted food too. We were there an hour to an hour and a half and the waitress NEVER CAME!! She went to pretty much every other person there but us! We ended up going back to the bar to request my friends card back and pay for our game which that took over 10 minutes! The blonde bartender wasn't there, it was some other guy who kept walking by us but NEVER acknowledged us until I finally yelled at him that we wanted to go as we never received ANY service from the waitress... his response "ok". Like a not even a damn sorry! So annoying. It did start to get a little busy as we were leaving so if you know your establishment gets pretty busy maybe have more than 1 bartender and waitress working the floor. We were having a good time too playing pool, but the staff made it a bad experience and we...
