Only reason why I’m giving this place a one star review is because of the cashier that also takes your orders that is working tonight! She was super rude. She snatched my cup from me once “we both” ( she acted as if she didn’t know she had to get the horchata for the customers seeing as it’s facing towards the cooking area) realized the horchata was in a space that she could only get it for me. If she doesn’t like her job she shouldn’t be working here or on this shift! I get we are all tired and stressed but she was very unprofessional, unpleasant and rude. A good friend that had a separate order from me had to ask her if she was ok and even decided to get her own horchata because the young lady was acting as if she didn’t want to get it herself and all she did was looked at my friend and she messed up my order after I repeated it to her twice. I am Mexican and this has to be some of the worst food and service I have ever received. I speak English and Español, so there’s really no excuse. They got my order wrong, when I brought it back, I politely asked if they could remake it correctly. They refused and told me to call customer service. I ordered three rolled taquitos with everything, with the sour cream ON THE SIDE. There was no guacamole salsa in my rolled taquitos just cheese. Time was 11am 7/10/2021. All three employees, stood there in solidarity and told me no, two ladies and a single male cook. Not good. Very disappointing , it was slow. My first mistake was coming here to eat in the first place.
My second mistake was getting the shredded chicken burrito. End user error, call it what you want, end result was buyers remorse.
About half way through the burrito I made my third mistake (I'm on a roll.) When it turned into a greasy liquid mess, I thought to myself, "I can handle this, no biggie."
So being all in at this point I couldn't stop now.
I should've stopped!
