Me and my family had one of the best experience we had, relatively with our experience with hotpot places and bbq places.
Food The food provided in this place has a lot of variety choices, quality taste, and excellent texture. The meat section have tender and delicious meat that makes the experience unforgettable. Our favorite meat that we picked is the chef special marinated wagyu. The chef marinated wagyu melts in your mouth and the flavor can’t be described on how amazing it was. We ordered 4 or more rounds of the wagyu and we enjoyed it. On top of the meat section, they also have a wonderful section of soup broth, noodles, and spices for your broth. I choose the chicken broth with udon noodles and mushrooms. The chicken broth reminds me on how my grandma and mom make chicken soup. The broth felt welcoming and packed with flavors that I enjoyed.
Service (Server: Johnny) We had a very welcoming and talented server by the name of Johnny. He is very nice to us, helpful to explain how everything works, and has amazing skills to cook.
When we first looked at the menu, we were confused on how everything worked from ordering specific types of meat, seafood, broth, and drinks. What made it confusing was the choices of either basic (No dot), premium (Blue dot), or soup-erb (Red dot) and the colored dots next to some of the food items. However, Johnny did a detailed and understandable explanation on how the choices allowed limited or unlimited options of food items and the colored dots represent each of the choices. He recommended the soup-erb choice since it provided all of the food items on the menu and some of the food items were unlimited.
Also, he recommended most of the food items (Seared salmon, chef special marinated wagyu, and one of the shrimps). On top of that he helped us get started on cooking the chef special marinate wagyu and he cooked one of the best meats we had ever had. He cooked it to the point that it had a nice crust on the outside and it was very tender to the touch.
Throughout the time of our dinner, he check on us to see if we need help, allowed us to request extra utensils for cooking, constantly replacing our grills when it became charred, and helped us on how to operate the grill and the heater for broth. Johnny, if you see this, thank you for being the best and wonderful server for my family.
Pricing The Soup-erb choice cost around around $40 per person. To us, this was a better pricing for us to enjoy. Again, we had many food items like quality meat, quality seafood, tasty soup, and multiple side order options. We got our moneys worth and it was within our budget to afford.
On behalf of my family, I want to thank Johnny and the restaurant an amazing experience. Me and the family plan on returning again next time for an another amazing dining experience
Conclusion score:

Read moreTL;DR Owners of Souperb is a fraud. Souperb offered a membership where you’d pay a one time fee to get a discounted price for an entire year. We bought the membership and about 5 months later they decided to get rid of the membership and essentially rip off all their loyal customers. I urge you to support kind businesses, not greedy fraudulent ones.
My boyfriend and I first tried Souperb in November 2024. We immediately purchased the membership and began returning to Souperb every couple weeks, we brought friends visiting from out of town, family for special occasions, date nights etc! Then in March 2025 we went back and were surprised to see that they no longer had membership/non-membership pricing on their menu. We asked our waitress about it and since she was new, she had no idea what we were talking about it. We asked her to kindly get a manager. The manager informed us that they got rid of the membership pricing discount and instead members will now receive a discount on drinks and a la carte only. I kindly informed the manager that we do not drink and we always do all you can eat, never al a carte. We kindly requested that the fee we paid for the membership to simply be put towards our bill at the end. He said that he would go ask the owner. He promptly came back and said that the owner said no. I then said that it was unreasonable that they offered a service for an entire year and made us pay for said service and then decided less than half way through that they just weren’t going to keep their word. I told him that we paid the membership fee for a discounted price on the all you can eat price, not the a la carte or drinks. We simply want the membership for what we purchased it for. You would think that was a simple request; to get what you pay for. I once again requested that the fee we paid be put towards our bill at the end, just this one time. I didn’t even ask for a refund. Just what I thought would be fair. Keep in mind this conversation was calm and mature. There was no absurd screaming, yelling or cursing. He said that he’ll go speak to the owner once again. A couple minutes goes by and he returns and states, “after looking at how many times you guys have visited our restaurant, the owner has decided that you already saved enough money and we will not be putting the membership fee towards your bill.” I was baffled; I still am. We ended up leaving and dining elsewhere. I urge you to support kind businesses with honest owners, not fraudulent ones.
Logically, who are the people who purchased the membership? Loyal, returning customers and yet the owners of Souperb decided to commit fraud...

The undisputed star of the evening was the Wagyu hot pot. The presentation of the marbled meats, which included premium cuts of wagyu beef, was nothing short of artistry. Each slice of meat boasted delicate marbling, promising a melt-in-your-mouth texture that surpassed all expectations. The fresh and vibrant vegetables provided a delightful contrast, adding a crisp crunch and a perfect balance to the richness of the meats, leaving us deeply satisfied.
Though my enthusiasm for the hot pot left little room for sampling the Korean barbecue offerings, the unparalleled quality and tantalizing aromas would have made them equally outstanding. The fragrances from nearby tables only reinforced my desire for a return visit.
In conclusion, Soup-erb! Wagyu Hotpot & Grill has firmly established itself as a stellar addition to the Las Vegas dining scene.
