The lady who is working right now on May 14th at 7:35pm is unbelievably rude and unaccommodating. I walked in and ordered my sandwich with a different employee who was very nice and patient with me while I figured out what it was I wanted to order. Once she made my sandwich I saw that I had a coupon on my app and I was trying to figure out how to use it. After a couple minutes the rude lady told the nice lady that she could go home. Now, as I’m still trying to figure out my coupon I asked the rude lady if she could help me and she said she has no clue how to use the app and that the coupon was probably for online orders only. So I asked if I could sit down while I placed the order online (I had to ask because all the chairs Were flipped upside down on top of all the tables) And I was also on crutches. She said no, and that it wasn’t her Decision, but it was her bosses and that she would get in trouble if I was to sit down because they were so close to closing. I said Miss, you guys close at 9 PM. Her reply was we close at 8:30. It’s posted on the door that they close at 9pm. Now remember it is 7:35 PM so not only are they an hour and a half before they close she’s trying to close in half hour earlier than is posted and it is still almost a full hour before they close even if she was correct so instead of letting me and my crippled leg sit down She decided to argue With me and told me that I could go place the order somewhere else because she was not able to help me with the code I asked to speak with her boss and that’s when the attitude started getting more aggressive and she said so there’s no one here right now except for me So I don’t know what to tell you I said you’re being very rude and you could be a little more accommodating and she goes. It’s not me. It’s the rules. So I told her not to worry about it and that I will be talking to her boss about this And she said go ahead and have a great day. I cannot believe the audacity of this lady to not let me sit down while I am on crutches let alone not even try to help me after my sandwich is already been made. I had the money to pay for it, but after an experience like that, I just left. This was absolutely incredible. That places allow people to do this. We have ordered several times from this location and one time in August my husband left a subpar review due to an online order getting messed up. We have ordered since that review (including just yesterday) but apparently today we are being refused service because of the bad review that was left in August? We put 2 online orders through today, September 18th - one at 12:30 pm and one at 12:35 pm. When my husband went to pick the order up they said our order was canceled due to the bad review. What? The employee yelled at my husband and told him to get out of the store saying he was being refused service. My husband asked for his money back and then asked for the managers name and number. Both requests were refused. The man threatened to call the cops and scared my daughter to the point where she came running out of the store in fear to me who was waiting in the car. I tried calling, but no one could be bothered to answer any of the numerous calls I placed. We paid with a gift card on both orders. They did refund our 12:30 pm order, but not the other one at 12:35. I went in about 20-30 minutes later trying to talk about the manner. The man was so scary and threatened me to get out of the store saying he would call the cops on me as well. I said all I wanted was my money or the manager info....or maybe to why we were being refused service today, but not the other times. This is a HORRIBLE, DISGRACEFUL Subway. It makes me never want to eat at Subway again. All my husband and I were doing was trying to feed our family some lunch. By the way...during all this he was sure to have his Cheesecake Factory food delivered. Did my money pay for that? ...
Read moreJust had a very unfortunate experience here today. I picked up a friend from surgery and she was hungry. I bring her over a chair from a table to sit in while she waits in line. My friend lets the lady know that her order will come from the app (which we do often) but there must have been a misunderstanding bc after the sandwich is made (with lots of extra veggies, veggies are free in the app? Idk about in store but extra spinach and extra bell peppers are free with the app) the lady starts freaking out because the app order placed didn’t have veggies on it. My friend doesn’t usually have to go through and add the free veggies when she places an app order in store, but the lady kept saying she has to make the app order exactly like how it says (annoying but okay whatever I understand) So we were like okay just cancel the app order and we’ll place it again. But the lady didn’t want to cancel the order and was really mad. I bring the chair over again to my friend so she can sit again bc it’s taking a while. Mind you the sandwich is already made a paid for. The lady is still mad so I told her that it seemed silly, but we don’t want her to have to work harder than she needs to, so like we can fix it. But she didn’t offer any solutions, she just makes a call to talk to someone about the situation and starts telling my friend shes not allowed to sit down, and the chair needs to be put back in its place even tho the situation wasn’t resolved yet. It seemed like she was being purposefully unreasonable. At first we thought maybe the lady’s bosses are just terrible to her and maybe it wasn’t the lady’s fault, but after we left, another woman told us that that lady was actually the owner and that she’s literally just terrible and...
