HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! I used the mobile order to order. I made my order at 9:03pm on Friday Jan 8, I went up there 20 something minutes later to pick up the food (because the confirmation receipt doesnt tell you what time it will be ready or what time to pick up the food). Get there and there is no cars at the drive thru, get there tell her I have 2 orders and everything seems fine she says pull to the 2nd window, do that, I get to the window and a hispanic short lady comes by the window and says, "yes?" I tell her I have 2 mobile orders and then she closes the window and then opens it back up and says orders for _ and __, I go like yeah, she closes the door and then we sit there for 10 mins, its now 9:40pm and they didnt have our orders ready (2 small combos and 4 whoper burgers). Like really? They had 30 mins to prepare the order, with ZER0 cars on the parking lot and still didnt have the food ready? If you cant keep up with the mobile orders why bother to have them at your store location? (Not all BK have mobile orders available, our regular BK by Beltway 8 and Veterans did not have it that day thats why we choose to order from this location) Then they didnt even made the burgers the way we customize them. The black girl who was on the speaker on the drive thru was wearing headphones on one hear and the headsets on the other ear. The hispanic lady, who was bagging the orders kept pulling her mask down, you could see it thru the window. Oh and by the way they hiring if anyone is interested! They like to hire people but dont know how to train...

When I FINALLY got to the window to pay and get my food (20 min after placing the order, with only 2 cars ahead of me) they took my card for payment. Then the drive-thru employee randomly asks me if I "got that 20?" Confused, I asked him to repeat himself. "Got that 20??" Uhh, I don't follow?
From here, he rolls his eyes at me and steps away as (whom I assume) the Manager or Shift Lead steps up and the both of them start making accusations that I gave them $20 or I was going to pay in cash. Which NOTHING was discussed about preferred Tender before I gave them my card for payment.
Then they proceed to tell me they need cash and can't use my card, even though they never tried to run it, AND they took the card of the person that was right in front of me. I'm not sure what this is all about, but these two Employees clearly don't know how to operate a fast-food restaurant or a cash register.. Or they were perhaps being discriminatory against me and didn't want my patronage because of my ethnicity. And I don't like making those types of claims, but this was extremely off-putting and near ridiculous that I couldn't get a grasp on the situation or what was happening..
Either way, this was unacceptable. If you can take everyone's card before me, and then everyone's card after me (yes, I pulled out of the Drive-Thru and watched), then I don't see what the problem was or why I was hassled for trying to buy...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI have tried to reach out to Mr. Roger Johnson just to speak to him about how horrible the service has been and have not been able to get ahold of him. So with that being said I will vent on here, the first instance we waited in the drive thru 15 mins to place an order and then waited an additional 35 mins to get my food but I finally gave up and asked for a refund cause a few burgers and fries should never take this long. The second time I've tried to get food from there my entire order was cold and the manager blamed it on the fact that I drove home to eat, mind you I literally stay right across the street from them maybe a 4 min drive. This 3rd time that I tried I even asked the shift leader can she be sure the food was fresh and I told her what happened last time, she told me it would and turned around 5 mins later to hand me my order, I drove home pretty quick and once again not only was my entire order cold but the entire meal was incorrect. The meat had been on the steamer so long it had lost its color, the fries were cold, and every burger was made incorrect. I went back up to speak to the shift leader Maria and she offered to make the order again but after seeing Joshua, the cook in the back screaming and cursing in the back and seeing Dolores run towards the restroom while gagging I told her no thank you and I that I would continue to get ahold of the manger about how horrible the...
