Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Spring

I went in to The Church's Chicken on Aldine Westfield & Treachwig & bought & $5 big meal with my 2sides being mashed pataoes & gravy with 4 Jalapeno Bombers & when I checked my order half of a bomber was missing & laying on top of another bomber oozing out cheese & peppers. I then went to the manager Aziz Muhammad & informed him of this with no Jalapeno on my breath or cheese on my lips absolutely nothing because I never took a bite yet & I say half if my bomber is missing & its touching another one of my bombers & I wanted them replaced. He then says he can do what he wants because he us the manager & owns the place. When I asked him his name he didn't want to tell me then I saw a sign with the managers name at the register & asked tonspeak to him thats when he finally said who he was & he can do...

It's always nice to come in, most of the time the customers come in expecting to be treated like they're royalty lol. Seriously, I don't know why folks can't treat other working folks like human being. Only in America I guess.

This chicken place is one of the best I've had in a long time. The staff here are wonderful, the food is flavored to perfection. Alot of time, the customers ask for spoon, folk, napkins or even drinks which it's literally located when you walk into the store. But they always give the employee a hard time over "napkins" lol, I seriously don't get it.

It's "Sometime" the customers can be too much or rude toward the employees, but other than that if you're just getting chicken to go. This is the place to be, Food...

When an employee walks 3 feet away from the customer and begins make threats towards the customer and speak poorly of the customer in Spanish to another employee, you should at least make sure the customer isn't bilingual. After the cashier, an older Hispanic man, rudely interrupted my husband as he was trying to order, my husband asked if he could finish speaking. Then the cashier wants to make threats and get physical over it, of course in Spanish assuming my husband wouldn't understand. The female employee had to apologize several times. Every customer in the restaurant was stunned. I can't believe it's allowed to happen.
